Comments: taking everything into consideration this is a fair
outcome. On commentary firstly we have; having their minds blown by previous
events of the last match/match slot as this is a massive turn of events which
is [this is a consistent theme throughout] we have Heenan talking about the
Gunns education and then it mysteriously cuts out and then in a few moments the
commentary Heenan continues talking about it. I don't know what actually
happened you this sounds like it actually took place in 1993 so what I am
suggesting is no one has edited anything out, but just to cover my back I could
always be wrong I don't know.
I'm not being condescending here; but
experienced wrestling fans would know how to read this situation as in this
match/match slot here and now. I feel sorry for this match/match slot, because
it does everything it is designed to do. On the outside I know this is not
going to be too flattering, but it gives the crowd and opportunity to basically
go to the bathroom, maybe get some food and have a break and yes they are still
here for this match/match slot but mixed with these reasons/opportunities you
also have the crowd and as I have already referenced the commentary team coming
down/talking about what just happened in this pay-per-view.
Meanwhile in the ring; it also does
what it is designed to do and that is tell a small story of as Scott Steiner
makes reference to in this match slot about somebody being too cocky and it
elevates the younger talent.
That's why I have been reasonable
with the attribute marking, because it literally does everything it is designed
to do and there is no way that the crowd was going to run the risk of majorly
missing any other match on this card, because minus this one every match/match
slot had something riding on it in one way or another.
Basic Result: The Smoking Gunns: Billy & Bart Gun & The
Steiner Brothers: Rick "Dogface Gremlin" & Scott Steiner pick up
the win
Basic walk-through of this event:
* "Macho Man" Randy
Savage, Jim Ross & Bobby "The Brain" Heenan/" Wiesel":
Commentary are still talking about what happened in the defence of Hulk Hogan's
WWF Championship Match against Yokozuna, including a health update of Hulk Hogan.
* "Mean" Gene Okerlund:
interviewer, interviews the new WWF Champion Yokozuna [with Mr. Fuji &
Asian photographers; Warning flashing effects here] with President of the WWF
Jack Tenney to say congratulations to the new champion.
* The Finkel: Ring announcer says
the stipulations and then introduces the competitors
* Jim Ross: Commentary provides a health update of Hulk
Hogan in Crash's entrance theme music entitled "Crush."
Bobby "The Brain" Heenan/" Wiesel": Commentary makes a little mistake between the WWF Championship and the Intercontinental Championship in The Two Dudes with Attitude "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels entrance [with his bodyguard Diesel] with the theme entrance of "Sexy Boy" he does instantly correct himself.
