Review Time:
5 things about this episode
Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects
Storyline: it is good; it is a little bit
slow to begin with but it also gets better the more you watch of it and on top
of that it sets things up for the next episode to be explosive in the third and
final episode in this trilogy.
The Green Power Ranger vs. The White Power Ranger: yes we have Tommy/The Green Power Ranger vs. Tommy/The White Power
Ranger; the one-on-one battle that everyone wants to see and experience; this
is a good action sequence and from an artistic perspective seeing these two
legendary Power Rangers/Tommy’s going one-on-one is great and having these
clouds [you will notice them when either The White or Green Power
Ranger/Tommy’s individually jump into the air whilst in this combat sequence
with one another.] I did feel the Wizard of Deception broke things up too
early; they should have given this one-on-one battle sequence longer, they were
on to an excellent thing here.
Blooper: Tommy [The White Power Ranger] saying to Tommy
[The Green Power Ranger] "If you're like me you can't be evil." Tommy
[The Green Power Ranger] says "Let's face it we all have our dark
side." Tommy [The White Power Ranger] replies "My dark side's faded
with The Green Power Ranger's powers [this is just an excerpt. So here is the
blooper here Tommy [The White Power Ranger] says "If you're like me you
can't be evil" then contradicts himself and on top of that confirms he was
evil by saying "My dark side's faded with The Green Power Ranger's
powers."
What Tommy
[The White Power Ranger] should have said "If you're like me you willingly
are not evil" because this would be factually correct, because both
Tommy's/The Green Power Rangers are created/control by evil magic to begin
with.
This episode receives: 7/10, this episode
is good; everything about the Tommy’s and The Green Power Ranger and The White
Power Ranger is great and elements of the Wizard of Deception in this narrative
are good; but when he breaks things up well it is not cool.
