Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects in this episode.

Tommy is being missed: Tommy gets referenced in a scene with Kimberly, Zack and Billy

Bulk & Skull's narrative; Who are The Power Rangers?: Bulk comes up with a fantastic idea to basically take cement imprints of The Power Rangers footprints and try to match them up with the true identity of The Power Rangers.

Curtis is a trumpet musician: the viewers have Curtis playing this trumpet which used to belong to Zack and his Uncle [Uncle Ed; this famous Blues musician.] Curtis is in this Blues Band performing in this concert in the Angel Grove Youth Center Gym and Juice Bar.

Hey that's my Thunder Saber: the main monster for this episode gets his hands on  the Thunder Megazord's Thunder Saber and uses it on the Thunder Megazord, but maybe this monster didn't have his fax machine set up [yes this is a 1990's reference] nearby to get a fax message from Lord Zedd or at the very least Goldar to get the message that the Thunder Megazord has a safety measure if this eventuality came into play; I will not give this small element away; this may be something very simple and very subtle, but as an action element it shows great imagination.

This episode receives: 8/10 this episode is excellent; in short I decided to give this episode another mark because of Bulk & Skull's narrative; Who are The Power Rangers? Component in this episode
