Review Time:
5 things about this episode
Warning: there are flashing/colourful/other effects in
this episode.
Storyline: it is excellent; everything
about it is with its contents and the movement has so much to offer its
viewers, it does feel like it is also doing the groundwork for the next episode
also.
Family: Curtis is new at Angel Grove High School and is
Zack's cousin.
Donkey Kong would be proud: we have Tommy,
Zack and Billy jumping over these two long bins [one contains Bulk, whilst the
other contains Skull;] it reminded me of Donkey Kong throwing/rolling down
those barrels and Mario jumps over them and up these ladders to rescue Princess
Peach from Donkey Kong [yes I know that is a very old handheld computer game
reference and yes I am that old as well.]
The Dark Rangers: what the hell is
going on here? I think they were running out of budget for this episode or this
is one of those occasions where you are hoping they were running out of budget,
because these Dark Power Rangers uniforms look terrible, let me put it another
way these costumes look like something you would buy from either a sex shop or
an online sex shop website [extremely, extremely knock-off versions of The
Power Rangers or better yet something very, very vaguely like The Power Rangers
is what we have here.]
This episode receives: 7/10, this episode
is good; the storyline is the most important component in this episode and the
next episode as well as I have already made reference to it; it sets the
groundwork down so all the next episode has to do is hit the ground running and
take it from here.
