Review Time: this film is poor.

Storyline/Background music/Cultural elements: well this storyline is rubbish I didn't like it in fact I found it so boring, the background music does nothing for me, there are cultural elements and there is one scene where two characters are speaking another language yet there are no subtitles.

Fundamental core: in a nutshell this fundamental core is hard work and is not enjoyable to watch what with some of the elements I have already mentioned [storyline and background music] and the yellow text [sometimes including some smaller text with numbers] including I had some stoppages as well

Artistic visions: on one hand this computer animation is the basic standard for computer animation film titles [with visually colourful characters and many other things,] but on the other hand the TV coverage elements and some other little bits and pieces are well put together and more importantly give this title some good points for me to talk about.

Racing sequences/Training sequences: the racing sequences are interesting, the training sequences are boring.

Character developments/Comedy level: they are very much a mixed bag, John Cleese as Bulldog is funny and interesting in this title, but generally speaking this film isn't that funny.

This film receives: 17% approval, this review has taken me some time to get down, because I had to really think about elements I have talked about or maybe missed out or something or other, but I can tell you this; this film wasn't fun to watch and this review hasn't been fun or easy going to put together [on a side note from now on I will mention if I have had to take any stoppages if the film is hard work, but anything other than that I will leave it out of my reviews if I can, because I need to draw a line somewhere.]
