He-Man and the Masters of the Universe 83 -- 85 [Volume 8] Episode 46:
Eternal Darkness by AverageMansReviews
Review Time: this episode is okay-ish, meaning it does have
some good elements to it, but it is one of those episodes that doesn't move
particularly quickly.
Cringer/Evil-Lyn: individually in this episode bring some
good bits and pieces, everything that Cringer does throughout this adventure
can be seen as good fun or comical. Evil-Lyn is supporting another evildoer in
this episode, but to be fair she seems the more sensible one out of these three
evildoers.
Action sequences: Battle Cat going up this rocky side to
reach the top of this location as he has He-Man and Teela riding on his back in
one way or another is really cool.
Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; don't be frightened of
your bad dreams, talk about them with somebody
This episode receives: 50% approval, yes there are some really
good bits in this episode like for an example, the artistic visions in this
episode are good as well, but for some reason this episode just doesn't have
the same kind of punch as other episodes [I think it would be a good time to
have a heavily based Skeletor episode just to freshen things up,] I should just
point out I don't look to the next episode before I have finished with the
previous one so I have no idea what is coming next.
