Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/burning/vehicle crash/vehicle hit/bodily functions/shooting/drugs/medical/references to suicide and Native Americans

This is socially and economically ignorant as there are no realistic answers to the problems that we are aware of: briefly; we meet Gabriel [Keanu Reeves:] an Guardian Angel with the duties of trying to prevent people from harm by texting, but he wants to do more such as save a lost soul, so you find one in the form of Arj [the Writer/Director for this film Aziz Ansari:] he is person that is very much struggling to be at work, he uses this app if my memory is correct it is called General Tasks [but I could be wrong about the name,] this is where we meet Seth Rogen [Jeff:] a wealthy individual that has done very well in his life that goes on business to business making more and more money as he goes along taking ideas and making them into something and has recently fired Arj: Gabriel comes up with this idea for these two individuals to switch lives and so on and so forth.

Generally speaking: pretty much everything about this film is garbage, the storyline/script is as I have already referenced socially and economically ignorant from the perspective of; it is talking about real life issues such as the socially and economical current situation for most people around the world, having to work really hard to make ends meet, not forgetting highlighting that some sections of our society quite possibly of ethnic descent having to work possibly three jobs, including but not limited to clumsily and inadvertently highlighting without actually bringing it in to the film [so you won't see it or hear it or other,] that someone like myself being condemned to a disability/wheelchair for the rest of my life and the fact is we can't switch bodies or different status and then without giving too much away but I still have to make this point almost implying/clumsily I need to point out to be grateful for it or at minimum a willingness to go back to it is I am going to be civil here and say: well that is one step too far for me, basically this film is virtual signalling of the highest order of garbage, okay it does have some elements of substance and I will be acknowledging that in my marking and just in case if you think they have forgotten the framework and pacing 97 minutes is a skimming stone skimming against water as we have time jumps and the pacing is best described as mobile.

Comedy and action; if you are going in with the idea that this is a comedy you are sadly mistaken as in one way or another the best bits are in the trailers and action? What action? We get to see some of avoiding of vehicle crashes, dancing and gunshots and that is it.

Character developments and performances; well on both counts it was either good, but sturdy character developments and performances or mostly garbage, with much on substance between the three male roles until around the final quarter of this project, I mean one of the most dumbest things about this film is asking one of these characters to go back to having absolutely nothing and only people that have actually been there having to go back to nothing and on top of that work for that absolutely nothing [you see this will divide my readers: from the people that actually know what I'm talking about and those that just think my sentence makes no sense] and then to do virtual signalling as it relates to workforces should have better working conditions is nothing but pathetic as everyone knows they should have better working conditions, because you pointed out the film that doesn't mean things are going to change in fact I have just realised not only is it virtual signalling garbage and pathetic it is also incredibly arrogant.

This film receives: 2/10, this film is poor; I honestly don't know what this film was sent out to achieve, because all it does is highlight things that we already know and if its purpose was for may be an owner of a big company to change their ways so that everyone gets a better standard of working conditions consequently life then this film is delusional and as I have already said arrogant to believe that they can have that kind of effect, even though they play out this kind of scenario to indicate what should have in a perfect reality, in the same reality that I wouldn't have brain damage or mental health issues and spending that life in a wheelchair and not forgetting country conflict as well. I mean if you haven't guessed I really don't like this film; it is a snowflakes dream though and on a quick side note the person I watch someone this content with says that Reeves shouldn’t do that clueless characters I am paraphrasing as it doesn’t suit him. I mean I completely agree when Gabriel makes Ted 'Theodore' Logan [Reeves: from the Bill & Ted universe] look a genius then there is a problem. Yet this film has some awards accredited to its name such as 2 Nominees which include but not limited to Warsaw International Film Festival 2025  Encounters Polish Film Institute Award (Audience Award) Aziz Ansari

Reactionary To The Wrestling News of: WWE's Andrade/AEW's Andrade El Idolo is the biggest idiot of 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Reactionary To The Wrestling News of: WWE's Andrade/AEW's Andrade El Idolo is the biggest idiot of 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Warning: there will be censored adult language references at some point in this content

Do I really have to talk about this?, Because it is beyond stupidity: WWE's Andrade/AEW's Andrade El Idolo had made his return to AEW on 01/10/2025 episode of AEW Dynamite. But the problem is and can I just say this is completely fudgin' unacceptable behaviour, by doing so he actually violated his 90 days noncompete clause. Where we now have TKO/WWE fully within their rights to basically enforce or try and enforce whatever they like and I do agree with Bryan Alvarez when he says I am loosely paraphrasing here when he says; they can't expect him to not work for one entire year. But [this is me talking now] I can see them hounding him for an entire year, yes they may not get anything from doing this but you need to remember that they need to make an example out of him to make sure that no one else does this: but you never know with the WWE I wouldn’t be too surprised if they really pushed for this to become real so he has no alternative but to not wrestle for an entire year.

Personally if I was Tony Khan I would not think twice about terminating any involvement with El Idolo, because I don't know about everyone else, but I would find it insulting and incredibly rude that a wrestler/talent such as El Idolo made mine wrestling promotion look like a laughing stock and even though I'm not too keen on the WWE I would have to be a professional and send a little message of apologies, because I would like to think and this is completely based on speculation so I could be completely wrong and if I am and I find out I am I will be incredibly fuming: that El Idolo had discussions with TK basically implying that he was a completely free agent as of now, which has we know now and we have known of this stipulation for many years that if any wrestler is released or broken any wellness policy or other the 90 days noncompete clause is still applied, because in a nutshell it prevents somebody from deliberately getting fired just to then show up at another wrestling promotion.

Don't get me wrong if I had a young wrestler late teens and early 20s that was confused after talking with the previous promotion about their contracts situation and they unintentionally made this kind of mistake I would be somewhat lenient as in; serve your time and we will talk when you have done that, but yet again don't get me wrong I am not a soft touch. But as El Idolo as of this content is 35 years old, he is not entitled to any leniency whatsoever, in fact I think he is an arrogant turd that AEW could do without: yes I know no one actually knows the discussions on signing the AEW contract, but I would like to go with the idea that at some point he is WWE second except would have briefly being discussed at some point.

This is one of those rare occasions where it may have been useful if someone with some kind of wrestling experience would have been running the WWE instead of TKO, because it has been established that El Idolo has broken his conditions of his WWE contract, on reflection hypothetically I am just wondering if someone with a wrestling brain would have gone okay there is two ways we could have dealt with this; the first is the option taking or secondary maybe someone should have said maybe we could do a trade off business deal with AEW, maybe we could get Adam  Copeland/Edge back for a match with John Cena: I know business doesn't work like this, but when you are in a position where you can't lose you could at least suggest something like this.

El Idolo: now for this individual I do believe that he clearly believes his own hype, yes, many years ago he and Rey Mysterio used to put on these matches of exquisite calibre and they weren't mostly on the card/they were on the kickoff show, he was very much being groomed to be the next big star to carry on the Mexican style within the WWE. Whatever happened to that guy? That guy that would fit in really well in the main event picture? That guy that used to back up his talents, repeatedly whenever he had the opportunity to do so?

Previews instalment: Now You See Me 2013 Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2025/10/now-you-see-me-2013-by.html

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/drugs/shooting/dismemberment/drowning/very slight yet censored adult languid references in this content

Revenge is out to get the Four Horsemen: briefly; Jack Wilder [Dave Franco:] he is the youngest member of the Four Horsemen, his talents are slight of hand and as you will see he is trying to learn a new talent and our newest member to this group is Lula May [Lizzy Caplan:] her talents are staged magic and slight of hand, but when the Four Horsemen have no other choice but to accept this job, that's when they are really up against it.

Generally speaking: basically there is plenty of blame to go around here; be it the storyline/script being predominantly dull, to the character developments and performances also as you will read not offering much or/and can't be bothered to build up chemistry; basically if I don't mention it as a positive you may as well go and presume it being dull and the framework and pacing of this 129 minutes film mirrors when it is going through a good patch or not

Art, action and comedy; the opening credits monologue sequence is very artistic and highly engaging, as when the sequel can be bothered it can be highly engaging, interesting, be it the scene and instructions, etc and action packed such as when we have an example J. Daniel "Danny" Atlas [Jesse Eisenberg:] he is still the leader of the Four Horsemen and in this sequence of events he is pulling this illusion with rain; it is exceptionally beautiful and mesmerising, I have to confess that even from by someone of my extremely wide sense of humour the efforts of comedy fell flat pancake

Character developments and performances; on both counts they are very much like watching paint dry; meaning it will do the job, no frills and definitely no spills and quite frankly you have to be bored to watch it dry, I mean what the hell were they doing with the chemistry between Wilder/Franco and May/Caplan talk about half posterioring it, there is a picture of flirting here in their at best throughout the film and at the end they have a romantic kiss: this is just garbage and whatever progression there is as it relates to the returning characters/performers, for an example I was so disinterested I couldn't care less about them, so let's put it like this; I hope they have great updated the character developments in the upcoming sequel of this instalment Now You See Me: Now You Don't 2025 [to be released: 14/11/2025,] because if they haven't we will be having a serious conversation considering nine years roughly have passed since we have been within this franchise.

This film receives: 3/10, this film is poor; in one way or another the beginning of the opening credits were good and roughly speaking the final quarter of this instalment was also good, but everything else is just so boring, it was just painful watching to the point where I was struggling to keep awake, in fact if my memory is correct I briefly fell asleep. Yet somehow this film does have some positive awards accredited to its name; 5 Nominees which include but not limited to Teen Choice Awards 2016 Teen Choice Award Choice Summer Movie, Choice Summer Movie Star: Male Dave Franco and Choice Summer Movie Star: Female Lizzy Caplan.

The Blues Brothers 1980 by AverageMansReviews

The Blues Brothers 1980 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/religion/racism/swastika/shooting/vehicle crash/vehicle hit/bodily functions/animal cruelty/reference to homosexuality

Save the orphanage: briefly; "Joliet" Jake Blues [John Belushi:] he is being released from prison today after serving three years of a five-year stretch, his brother Ellwood Blues [One of the Writers of this film: Dan Ackroyd:] is picking up Jake today, before they know it they get a task to do and that is safe the orphanage where they grew up legally, where Jake gets a message from God to put the band back together; The Blues Brothers band to raise the money they need which is $5000.

Generally speaking: the storyline/script, framework, pacing and art; the framework and pacing of this 133 minutes film; followers a very simple yet effective outline of purpose, adventure action, comedy and musical; where we the audience rotate between basically the storyline and the musical numbers and the rest are well-placed throughout in one way or another such as for an example; Soul Food Cafe Owner/Mrs. Murphy [Aretha Franklin:] she is less than happy with her man going back on the road again with The Blues Brothers, so she asks her man to "Think" Franklin performs her song "Think" released in 1968: where for those younger generations you can forget Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and  BeyoncĂ© when Franklin sang as the younger generations would say she gives it boss like energy hence why she is called "the Queen of Soul, " [before I forget; yes we even see a picture of Franklin in Elwood's bedsit/room on the wall] and she doesn't disappoint here either, for the rest of the set designs, wardrobe and etc ; this also shows marvellous individualism as every musical number stand out, the wardrobe and accessories and etc are smartly placed.

Action and comedy; Jake is not best pleased by the change of vehicle one reason or another, so Elwood shows him what this vehicle can do, by comfortably racing over a bridge that is going up [to possibly let a boat go through,] Jake made reference to the vehicle lighter needs fixing, our two brothers are in the presence of Sister Mary Stigmata a.k.a. The Penguin [Kathleen Freeman:] she is the head of this orphanage that the brothers got brought up in, she is incredibly intimidating and strict for an example she will not tolerate any profanity in her presence, because if you do you will receive a rap around the knuckles with this giant ruler, as we will get to see as the brothers go and see her and they are in a position; where if you are old enough you will know this from your school days; they are sitting in these all in one chairs and desks; where they discuss things using profanity and she begins to hit them to be fair relatively hard to begin with anyway, but as this progress, she just hits them hard and all over the place; as she really does not tolerate this kind of behaviour.

Now consistently through this movie we have this lady actively attempting to kill our brothers, correction she is trying to kill Jake and Elwood just happened to be there; she is a mystery woman [Carrie Fisher:] all I can tell you is Jake has overwhelmingly angered her and now is seeking her wrath by using handheld hardware or/and explosives, but the funny thing is I like how our two brothers just dust themselves off and carry on as if nothing had happened and this does include surrounding characters that also get caught and when it is appropriate the contraction which will turn into destruction is smartly executed chaos such as this vehicle chasing sequence through this mall as on top of this we have these two brothers talking about essentially how great this location is.

Character developments and performances; the character developments are really, very spot on for what they wanted to do in this movie and be it spoken or sung likewise they were/are spot on; there is faultless chemistry throughout this cast: now for those observant of you; you may have noticed I did something by design and that is I have marked out three in their own ways strong female characters and likewise performances; I feel that is important to highlight this; based on it was very near the beginning of the 1980's and yes I am fully aware that this could have been coincidental, but as things are to have no one but three strong female characters/performances regardless of screen time is a big thing nonetheless and finally the chemistry between Jake/John Belushi and Elwood/Dan Ackroyd is priceless; because hypothetically if this film was going to struggle in any way it was going to be on them to carry this film, but back in reality; they are very much just became these two iconic characters individually and together.

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; it should definitely be seen once in your lifetime I don't like using this expression, but in this case I will this is one of those films that you need to see before you die; it does truly have so much to offer, but I would most definitely also highlight that this film has a certificate of UK standards of a 15 for a reason, in no way shape or form am I disrespecting this film, but then again it does come from the 1980s, yes there is an ongoing sequence in the ending credits to begin with and very finally this film does have some awards accredited to its name; such as 2 Winners which include but not limited to Motion Picture Sound Editors, USA 1981 Golden Reel Award Best Sound Editing - Sound Effects and 1 Nominee Turkish Film Critics Association(SIYAD) Awards 1984  SIYAD Award Best Foreign Film 4th Place

I Swear 2025 by AverageMansReviews

I Swear 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/drugs/shooting/cancer/child abuse/attempted suicide/self harm/animal cruelty/medical and there will be a censored adult language reference in this content

I can't help it: briefly; we meet John Davison [Younger: Scott Ellis Watson/Older: Robert Aramayo:] this is his story about getting diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome and at first no one taking him seriously, until one day he meets this lovely lady Dottie Achenbach [Maxine Peake:] she has her own health concerns, but also is a mental health nurse, that basically couldn't stand by and watch Davison put himself through what he puts himself through and not try and help him, so he moves in with her family

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 120 minutes long is good; we have this outlay of coming full circle and then a little bit more in the present times, but we smoothly go through Davison's life.

Character developments, performances, comedy and action; broadly speaking the character developments and performances are all good; but it is down to the performances of Watson/Aramayo, Peake and Peter Mullan as Tommy Trotter: he to begin with is looking for someone to assist him at this community centre, but that when these four characters and performances firstly Watson/Aramayo do a superb job of bringing John Davison to life as they individually becomes this person as they put their bodies through what Davison's went through/goes through on a daily basis and these other two very special people that Davison meets in his life, that completely turn his life around for the better; that shows with a natural environment/environments combined with caring/strong people/performances that will stand by him, that anything of a realistic achievable goal can be possible and not forgetting Murray Achenbach [Francesco Piacentini-Smith:] he is the son of the Achenbach family and very good friends with Davison: I will be out to be fuming if at some point in the future if this film does not at minimum get some positive nominees for these performances in one way or another, because they all deserve awards. Well as you would if you are educated on some level with Tourette's the comedy comes from what Davison comes out with such as this somewhat censored version "Seaman for milk." Now unfortunately I have to briefly discuss at one point or another the viewers will see the unpleasantness and yes I am being incredibly kind here; you will see the unpleasantness of having something that brings you different and people clearly not being able to either just ignore it or deal with it as an adult consequently choosing a completely unnecessary options [which I to have experience that in my life.]

This film receives: 10/10, this film is top-notch entertainment; it is a faultless film that shows an incredible honesty about being different and not having the choice but to be different. But sadly it shows likewise an incredible honesty approach that most don't even know or if you want me to be incredibly honest as well; but most really don't care or a strong disdain for those that are imperfect and the fact remains regardless if this individual was born in the 70s, but his condition came through roughly when I was born in the 1980s or in my case as I said when I was born in the 1980s; yes we have very different conditions he has Tourette's and I have quadriplegic cerebral palsy with mental health issues on top.

But there are some similarities; we both have being polite impulse issues that we can't control as I am a spastic my body tends to do things without my say-so or if it is it can be for an example incredibly heavy-handed or completely switch off, so I can be doing something and out of nowhere my hand could just say no thanks I don't want to hold that anymore consequently I could drop something or/and shooting pain due to being a spastic causing me to drop F-bombs or both F-bombs and C- bombs and to continue with this honesty from out of nowhere I have OCD symptoms; when I say from out of nowhere I mean I know I have had them for maybe 19 years; for an example of OCD in my case as long as I don't have too many lights on; my head stays quiet, I should be honest I have never been diagnosed with OCD, but when I am angry or frustrated or things irritate me such as having to make sure that my address is of my post and if I don't I have to check, then become angry and making a mistake of not disposing of my address properly and then becoming furious that I made a mistake, worried if something goes wrong because of that mistake: that is a clear indication that I might have OCD [yes I am fully aware that doctors and other medical professionals really don't like it when you self diagnose, but what I just illustrated is a pretty straightforward OCD scenario] and whatever you do don't take me shopping, because I am a date shopper; this basically means I am looking for the item let's say a bottle of milk with the longest date on it and yes I will go right to the back including if I can't get to it time someone to get me a bottle of milk with a good date on it, this is because perishable food groups may run the risk of giving me a dodgy tummy so this is learned behaviour as it has happened.

But I digress; as of this content it is now 2025 and as of this content it is a cold, but realistic reminder that regardless of conditions or disability or other as it relates to other sections of our society we are in comparison way, way so far behind I mean as long as the individual told me about their Tourette's I would happily take them on, but based on the world at large people are fixated on perfection, not building anything of substance or adventure with their lives. My point which if you don't get it yet is; until people realise that a good selection of imperfect people are good and mostly decent, our lives may be different and slightly more difficult, but when your time is up, you can look back on your life knowing that was different, wholesome and throughout the majority of my life I was cared and loved for by this somewhat unique person: but until we are seen as people, we are going to be treated as less than human and finally yes there is an extra real-life footage in the ending credits.

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW WrestleDream 2025 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW WrestleDream 2025 by AverageMansReviews

The Hurt Syndicate's: Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin & MVP vs. The Demand's: Ricochet, GOA's: Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona; Tornado Trios Match: my pick is The Demand's: Ricochet, GOA's: Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona. Because they are still just about newly formed, so they could go with the idea of they were ever so slightly quicker than their opponents to pick up the W first here, so it doesn't hurt The Hurt Syndicate too much, it is just for here and now they were the first ones to blink, but having said this in the future are fully expect T.H.S pick up a brutal W just to remind people and their opponents who the hell they are.

Jurassic Express': Jack Perry & Luchasaurus vs. The Young Bucks': Matt & Nick Jackson; Tag Team Match; The winners receive a $500,000 cash prize: my pick is Jurassic Express': Jack Perry & Luchasaurus. Just because they are still relatively newly reformed as well.

Mark Briscoe vs. Champ Don Callis Family's: Kyle Fletcher [with Don Callis;] Singles Match for the AEW TNT Championship: my pick is Kyle Fletcher. I just don't see him losing it any time soon, as Fletcher and this championship to very well together, which in the long run may actually give this championship its prestige back.

Jamie Hayter vs. Trio of Madness': Thekla; Single Match: my pick is Trio of Madness': Thekla. Yes this match should be good, but also it should be a simple case of this stable getting involved to give their member a hand to pick up the W. But obviously or hopefully someone may be debuting/returning to run down with usually it chair to make the save for Hayter to join her against this trio.

Don Callis Family's: the AEW Unified Champion Kazuchika Okada & the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Konosuke Takeshita [with Don Callis] vs. Champs Brodido's: Bandido & Brody King: Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championships: my pick is Brodido's: Bandido & Brody King. I can see them getting out of here with these championships with a bit of confusion from their opponents were something goes wrong.

Toni Storm vs. Champ Kris Statlander; Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: my pick is Kris Statlander. This match should be excellent fun and I am sure it will be, but it is just too early to do a championship switch here.

Death Rider's: Jon Moxley [with Marina Shafir] vs. Darby Allin; I Quit Match: my pick is Jon Moxley. With Allin never saying I quit, but passing out, but whoever loses has got to be off TV for a while selling these injuries that hopefully or not real ones.

One member of the AEW Trios World Champion The Opps': Samoa Joe vs. Champ "Hangman" Adam Page; Singles Match for the AEW world Championship: my pick is "Hangman" Adam Page. So someone is going to debut or return to and first assist Page the save from this faction and then turn on Page to put themselves in the number one contender spot: I am going for Chris Jericho to fulfil this spot as I know there has been a lot of speculation that he is apparently on the way back to the WWE, but I can see him swerving everyone to show up at this event.

Pole Position [Season 1,] Episode 1: The Code by AverageMansReviews

Just a heads up: these reviews/content for this TV show will work under the rules of between 3 to 5 things about this episode and I will censor these reviews/content, when I feel it is appropriate to do so or at the very least the best to my abilities.

Review Time:

5 things about this episode

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/transformation

Ready, Set... Go!: Character [Character developments,] Storyline: Action and Art we have this family unit that have taken over from their parents as crimefighters: in this episode: it is a race to intercept this individual before they have a chance to complete their mission. The action in this episode is high octane for an example chase down sequence which has been excellently put together; be it from an action perspective or/and art perspective; watch out for the hippopotamus.

This episode receives: 9/10, this episode is excellent; as you can pretty much guess for the first episode of 13 episodes it has a lot to offer, as to show what this TV show has to offer viewers, including I have decided to award this episode one more mark after some reflection.
