years later: briefly; Phil Broker [Jason
Statham:] a former DEA Agent just wants a peaceful life and will do anything to
keep it peaceful; including but not limited to ignoring what is happening. But
when his daughter Maddy Broker [Izabela Vidovic:] she is the daughter of Phil
which is very much like father like daughter; it begins this escalation between
Phil and Morgan 'Gator' Bodine [James Franco:] a local drug lord which is the
top guy, so eventually things get messy between these two.
Generally
speaking: the framework and pacing of this
100 minutes film is; of this style of action projects where things slowly
escalate to begin with and then things get out of hand.
Art and action; with some natural scenery and of this
father and daughter on horses and for the action; it is the kind of things that
you come to expect shooting, martial arts and kidnapping and boat ride.
Character developments and performances; they are all on
both counts solidly good versions of what they are meant to be and they stick
to that; Even though for something reason and just to cover my back are I think at some point in the bar; Statham voice gets dubbed-over just when he is on the phone, I have no proof of this other then my hearing is like of a bat and it doesn't lie.
This
film receives: 6/10, this film is good; it is a
solidly straightforward action film that if you like Jason Statham or/and Jason
Franco take a look at this film. This film has an award accredited to its name
of 1 Nominee Golden Trailer Awards 2014 Golden Fleece For the theatrical
trailer entitled "House"
