Dear Tommy; Part II: Storyline, Action, Character [Character developments] and Outside of this universe; Tommy, Kat, Billy and potentially others have to save Heather Thompson which is holding onto this branch of this snow slope; The Widowmaker; so they make a rope out of clothing and pull her out, she is a champion snowboarder and she is taken a liking to our Tommy. Out of this universe Sarah Brown/Sarah Joy Brown for the previous two years before this had been main cast character on the TV program V.R. Troopers [1994-1996; 2 Seasons; 93 episodes as Kaitlin Star] and from the creators of Power Rangers Haim Saban and Shuki Levy amongst other contributing factors in one way or another or/and changing situations
