So what precisely do you want me to do with this film?: Because of their outlay of/this film I can't really tell you too much about it, so who is a very brief version; we have Detective Danny Rourke/other character [Ben Affleck:] a detective for the Austin Police Department, that is in a counselling session struggling to deal with the fact his daughter  Minnie [Younger: Ionie Olivia Nieves/Older: Hala Finley:] was kidnapped from right under his nose at the time and consequently possibly killed her. But for now all Detective Rourke is interested in is getting mentally cleared so he can go back to work. Meanwhile these people known as Hypnotics that worked for Division are trying to find a missing project.

The framework and pacing of this 93 minutes film is wow so slow on both counts and uninspiring, with this loud melodic background music from time to time [trust me you will know what I mean when you hear it.] In theory I know what it is designed or trying to do, to create this dark intense atmosphere basically, but to be brutally honest it epically fails. For the vast majority of this film: you will be sitting there going "I am sure it will speed up eventually, maybe now? No. How about now? Nope. How about now? Still no." But when it gets towards the closing stages of this film we have some life, but with continuing to be honest you will be lucky if you can stay awake this long as the person I went to watch this film with intermittently fell asleep.

Art/Action: to begin with we have a close-up of Detective Rourke eye and more than once in this film, now taking two seconds to think about it there is only one that sticks out for me that I am saved to talk about roughly; it is where we have Detective Rourke on a motorcycle with Diana Cruz [Alice Braga:] a Hypnotic [Hypnotic: is somebody that has the mental powers to control and change someone's reality as they see it;] that escaped from Division; so they are being chased by Division Dellrayne/other characters [William Fichtner:] is a very strong  Hypnotic which he shows in this sequence that we have this gelling thing so we see this like mirror effect of the traffic in the sky but upside down and then much later on in something completely different and separate; we have this dominoes rally falling effect sequence; highly imaginative and creative art.

Character developments and performances: well let's continue being honest there because of the framework, pacing and everything around that; these characters/performances are left high and dry a lot of this film. The only main character that seems to be able to work with this and make it an asset to him and his character is William Fichtner as Division Dellrayne/other characters.

This film receives: 4/10, this film is mixed; I mean I was going to give a slightly higher mark, for its good idea, but poor execution, but after everything is said and done and taking into consideration that in the first section of ending credits there is a sequence mixed in with the ending credits seed may want to just hopefully wake up by this point to watch sequence.
