The Transformers 1984 -- 1987 [Season 3, Volume 2, Disc 8] Episode 76: Thief in the Night by AverageMansReviews

Review Time: this episode is excellent

Storyline/Back stories: the storyline is good the back stories either get shown to us via [Teletraan II] or discussed in the dialogue exchanges.

Action sequences/Character developments/
Artistic visions: All three of these points go hand-in-hand at some point in this episode. The viewers see these two massive characters one Autobot [Metroplex] and one Decepticon [Trypticon] go one-on-one.

Metroplex is as I have already said a massive Autobot [his transformed modes are Robot, Autobot City and Battle Station mode.] Now moving on to Trypticon; he is also as I have already said massive in his own right but the Decepticons [to be more specific the Constructicons] they went down a slightly different route with Trypticon [transformed modes robot mode being of a dinosaur/Godzilla monster type, on reflection and after doing a little bit of research I knew if I was too specific about this character I would run the risk of receiving backlash from someone at some point in the future, so I have chosen to be a little bit vague to keep everyone happy, so it is up to the readers discretion what this character is but for me after doing some research he is a mixture of everything in this section, but I digress; City and Battle Station mode] and on a quick side note there is good chemistry between Trypticon and another Decepticon renegade [Octane] and good chemistry/friction between Galvatron and Octane [yes depending where you are; is depending what you get,] they should stretch out this uneasy situation between these two characters in upcoming episodes.
The artistic visions bring all the action sequences to life including the ones I haven't mentioned; they are easy to settle down with, engaging and are of chaotic nature and on top of that we get to see Trypticon taking or Metroplex returning these things or buildings of great value to Earth.

Blooper: now I did get confused by this; because in this episode Teletraan II voice is different in this episode to the one giving us this file on the Decepticons at the ending stages of this episode.

This episode receives: 8/10, as I have already said this episode is excellent.
