Review Time: this
film is excellent.
Fundamental elements: there are words and numbers on screen, cultural elements,
slow-motion effects, no subtitles when another language is being used,
background music, mental imagery, time jumps and place jumps.
The
fundamental elements and the movement of this project to begin with feels like
it needs to find itself; it does get better and imprints its own identity,
movement and everything else on to it; when this title finds its rhythm. I
would like to tell you when this happens, but it is difficult to pinpoint just
because it happens very naturally, all I can say is the more you watch of this
project the better it gets.
Origin storylines: now yes usually I would section off the origin storyline
or in this case storylines from the storyline itself, so I can talk about a
little of both if possible. But here; they are one and the same without giving
too much away, it gives us the origin storyline of this character which this
project is named after and gives the viewers some background on another key
character [which I will not tell you about.]
Action sequences/Artistic visions: on both counts either individually or together these two
elements are strong, engaging and imaginative, be it training or combat
elements or weapons being used or in different locations, in or out of
different fighter jets or flying ships or something with a massive
science-fiction twist which requires a pilot [apologies if I have used any
wrong wording here such as flying ships, this will make sense when you come to
watch this title.] But what is important here is there are lots of fun and
watch out for when our lead character in outer space destroys quite a lot of
things [that is all you're getting from me,] but once again this is lots of fun
to.
Comedy level/Character
developments/Performances: the
comedy level in this project is well placed and well-timed such as the cat
named Goose, it also gels with the character developments/the chemistry between
these characters and performers as well, so in a nutshell all these elements
gel together.
I
should just point out all of these elements feel much better when the
fundamental elements/everything else find its rhythm, before this; these
elements don't feel the same, let's be positive when everything is settled down
or moving in the same direction with this enthusiastic nature that there is
nothing to worry about.
This film receives: 8/10, now based on this film I am want to see what they
can do in a sequel, because they have done everything in this project to lay
down a foundation to work on in a future project, but one thing is a must bring
back Goose.
