Review Time: this
sequel is poor.
Fundamental elements: there are words on screen, voice-over elements, mental
imagery, slow-motion effects, cultural elements, background music, no subtitles
when another language is being used, time jumps and place jumps.
This
sequel has the same problem as its predecessor as it relates to the amount of
the slow-motion effects being used as in it happens a lot.
Storyline: it is
an interesting and different interpretation from its predecessor, without
giving too much away our lead role and other characters get chased, instead of
just getting other characters to be chased.
Action sequences:
there are weapons being used, combat elements and chasing sequences with
different modes of transport being used such as motorbikes, a motorboat and a
helicopter. Now in a rough description for the next little piece, we have our
lead role running towards these two characters on their motorbikes, he jumps up
and delivers a double kick when to each [yes the small piece does use
slow-motion effects,] but it is something for me to talk about and point out
for being well put together and something that sticks out in my viewing
experience.
Character developments/Performances: the character developments are nothing special and
predictable and generally speaking the performances are poor.
This film receives:
2/10, now I don't know what to say here because after roughly 18 minutes, I was
somewhat going through the motions of watching this film, but the elephants
look good in this project and the female character/performer the one that isn't
hunting, brings something to this title, but having pointed these out this
sequel is still poor.
