Review Time: this project is good

Fundamental elements: there are cultural elements, no subtitles being used, background music which is noticeable, mental imagery, voice-over elements, time jumps and place jumps.

Action sequences: these elements are well-placed throughout, be it weapons being used [the casino sequence,] our lead role attaches this rope or something like this to somewhere around this glass roof, comes through the glass roof and lands on what I think is a roulette table [I could be wrong about this,] where once in this scene chaos quickly follows, where our lead role delivers a message amongst other things like a massive cleaning up bill [this is just a quick description of this scene or sequence,] there are also vehicles being used, combat sequences and training sequences.

Comedy level/Performances: now there are some moments where Frank Castle/The Punisher and Shake [the best way I can describe this relationship is like this; Shake is an informant or something of this nature for The Punisher, for one example to get Shake's attention this mode control lorry with this trailer which on this trailer is this bottle of drink [which is of the alcoholic variety,] in short Shake follows this mode control vehicle and trailer around the corner to see The Punisher or when Shake has this remote control [that is all I am going to say about this element, because I have already spoken about one scene already, the rest of the comedy elements are in the dialogue or dialogue exchanges between these two characters [but it depends how the viewers  interpret these situations,] I just say this because they are delivered as not comedy, briefly The Punisher points out that Shake is late [this is just roughly what The Punisher says] and Shake in such a way that it isn't delivered with an upbeat comedy element in mind, but it is an short and thought-out response, that it comes across as appropriate comedy for this kind of film, moving on to the performances they are good.

This film receives: 7/10, now taking everything into consideration such as this film is from the very late 1980's meaning it does not have the technical or special effects or other elements of today's standards [of when this review is released,] but having said that in fairness and balance it does this lead character justice.
