Review Time: this sequel is poor
Fundamental elements: there are words and a number on screen,
voice-over elements, cultural elements, slow-motion effects, quick moving
effects, mental imagery, background music, yes and no to subtitles being used
when another language is being used, place jumps and time jumps.
Now I have to say the general movement of this
sequel is slow and hard work to watch, it is one of those times where because
the movement/fundamental elements are the way they are; it has an effect on the
rest of the film in such a way that I have just gone to see how long this
sequel is/was, because having sat through it; it feels longer than roughly 106
minutes.
Action sequences: firstly in a nutshell to begin with there are
weapons being used and combat elements. Now here are some sequences for you to
look out for when you have the three main characters battling on/in this moving
vehicle and without giving too much away whenever this Chopper gets used in the
final section of this sequel these would be good elements as well as the one I
have just pointed out.
Character developments/Performances: there are character developments, I don't know
what to say really other than what I have just said, yes things get moved on
that is as much as I can tell you, moving on to the performances briefly they
range from poor to mixed, as I was saying earlier because of the movement/the
fundamental elements being slow amongst other things, it consequently shows the
vulnerabilities of this sequel, meaning if this title was quicker in one way or
another it would give the audience less time to notice things such as this film
is dragging its feet which in the interest of fairness and balance may have an
impact on the performances [in the sense of them carrying this film or
something like this.]
This film receives: 3/10, now before I wrap things up and as I like
to keep things balanced, I should just point out this title does get quicker in
the final section, but now I have said that taking everything into consideration
this mark feels right.
