Review Time: this title is good.

Fundamental elements: there is a voice-over element, background music, cultural elements, I think another language being used without subtitles [I could be wrong about this,] a number or a word or words on screen, slow-motion effects, place jumps and time jumps.

Action sequences: there are chasing sequences, weapons being used, training and combat sequences [this is only a rough outline of the action sequences.] But now to be a little bit more specific there is this underwater sequence where our lead character is trying to escape from this location and not everything goes smoothly and there is another sequence where we have our main partnership is jumping out of this plane, this sequence from beginning to end is well put together.

Performances/Comedy level: briefly these performances range anything from mixed to good it just depends where you are in this film [of what I can remember in fairness,] but moving on now this film uses the partnership of Van Damme and Rodman as a comedy level/chemistry between this partnership.

This film receives: 6/10, this is one of those projects that after taking everything into consideration it feels closer to this mark than any other and on top of that if you haven't seen this title yet, it is good enough for a one-time viewing.
