Warning softer adapted adult language warning: in this content and yes I know I am not or likely to be a professional wrestler.

I just didn't like this match/match slot: from the very beginning of Michael Cole making reference to forcing essentially Cody Rhodes' hand, to AJ Styles performing not one but two tables spots in quick succession; the first being a version of the death valley driver where Rhodes head, neck and shoulders takes the move, because he doesn't have enough time to move his head forward and around. I mean if you are having fudgin' problem with what I am saying Wade Barrett puts it over on commentary broadly speaking where he highlights everywhere minus the head I have just said [but maybe at the time he didn't have the same angle I had;] Then to follow up with a brainbuster on the edge of the table. As I have said in the relating content all I am saying here is; may be space out these moves if the first one doesn't seemingly go according to plan based on my viewing experience, just give it time to breathe and then come back for the spot [I didn't have the best camera shot in the this move so I am strictly talking about in quick succession:] but everyone knows if AEW had done this they would be having so much shish kebab thrown at them.

Then we have Rhodes performing a third crossroads this time onto a chair, but on closer inspection as he rolled through he takes a shot himself as to support my theory/opinion he goes to check on the back of his head straight after delivering the move, yes the crowd were hot for this match with " This is awesome" chants then we have Cole trying to push the narrative that it was because of the stairs shot to Styles head that is why he is bleeding, but as far as I can tell it happened much earlier when Styles some handcuffs in the head.

I am really not a fan of a false narrative, okay if any commentator just said okay I have just noticed someone is bleeding, I would still have brought it up. But the attempted false narrative spin especially when Corey Graves agrees with him irritate me.

So yes I may have marked this match/match slot as a 5/10, but if it wasn't because of a crowd and the ending bit of this match slot, I would hate to think what this match would have been given. Now as things are I haven't seen the rest of this event when this content has been first created [I had enough time to create this content and not to carry on watching yet.] But I am hoping this Premium Live Event gets better, because if it doesn't; Man I am not looking forward to the rest of this event, you see I am really trying not to say something, but I am going to say it anyway; because I don't know if it is a fair assessment or not yet. But based on here and now if I had to speculate; based on the ticket price being three or four digits [if you want to know the prices and what they were please check the connecting content;] but I have a feeling that this event was just a cash grab and let's be honest with these two wrestlers involved this match/match slot should have been much better than what it was, based on they are highly skilled wrestlers individually.
