Tony Fumbled Chants During Ricky Saints F. K. A. AEW's Ricky Starks Debut Match on NXT 25/02/2025 by AverageMansReviews

Warning: in one way or another I am going to be as the young kids say today keeping it 100%, so from time to time I won't be pulling my punches and I will be using adult language references, but a softer version.

Background to this content: I was really going to leave this situation alone, but that was until I found out that the AEW fan base are now called sickos and before I continue I wouldn't and am not triggered by this even though someone on social media keeps referencing that I am. What I am is a 42-year-old man that thinks calling another section of people sickos, because you disagree with them to give yourselves [generally speaking the WWE fan base] superiority over wrestling even though I have said on social media those that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones and yes this is coming from the WWE/NXT referencing Tony Khan in a chant Tony Fumbled during Ricky Saints debut match.

Here are just some of the 25 names/acts that the WWE has fumbled:

1. Bray Wyatt/The Wyatt Family

2. Bray Wyatt/The Firefly Fun House

3. Luke Harper/Bludgeon Brothers: but at least he got to show his true potential in AEW as the Exalted One Mr. Brodie Lee

4. Shayna Baszler: let's be honest if she had testicles she would be consistently in the main event picture and I can say this based on fact, she is the equivalent of Brock Lesnar: but she is an all-round much better package than him and let's not forget NXT build her up as Lesnar [you will see a consistent theme developing at one point or another.]

5. Asuka: NXT build her up as a really strong wrestler, on the main roster completely different representation.

6. Ember Moon: putting her injuries to one side NXT excellent wrestler with unique gimmick, but don't worry she is killing it in ROH/AEW as Athena.

7. Naomi: outside of the WWE at Impact Wrestling/TNA really make something of herself including winning the Impact Wrestling Knockouts World Championship. Comes back to the WWE, she doesn't even get involved in The Bloodline storyline [you know it isn't like she is married to Jimmy Uso or anything.] But no slowly but surely they take the shine off her and now put her in a storyline/WWE Women's Tag Team Championships with Bianca Belair [ to replace Jade Cargill for injury reasons] and then they eventually lose them, I should imagine she will be somewhere around the storyline with Belair and Cargill [speaking of Cargill.]

8. Jade Cargill: so let me get this right AEW spend years building up making her the first-ever AEW TBS Women's Champion with the longest range in date of 508 days and as everyone knows I am not a big fan of hers, but instead of putting her on NXT, where you could move around with her inexperienced/wrestling style [yes even AEW fans knew or I think I can say some knew she was being protected.] The WWE decide to put her on the main roster, where it has been somewhat obvious, they quickly decided to put her with Belair to gain experience.

9. Isla Dawn: NXT UK/NXT build her up as a really strong wrestler/with The Unholy Union: Alba Fyre. Yes they won the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships on their home ground of Scotland at WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland 2024, but for the vast majority of the time they got badly treated.

10. Kay Lee Ray/Alba Fyre: NXT UK/NXT build her up as the real deal a very strong wrestler holding the NXT UK Women's Championship for a record-setting 649 days, as I have just referenced she has not had the same kind of presentation.

11. Toni Storm: NXT UK/NXT build her up as a real prospect if my memory is correct and when she gets to the main roster she gets treated as a joke, but she is absolutely killing it in AEW.

12. Ilja Dragunov: NXT UK/NXT build let's be honest as a miniature version of Walter from the aspect of incredibly hard-hitting and if you want to beat me you are going to have to kill me, on the main roster they have successfully took way is in a vulnerability.

13. Karrion Kross: NXT build him along side Scarlett as this really intense unstoppable force and regardless of how many times he has gone to the main roster or come back to the WWE or whatever, they have completely washed away this once marvellous gimmick [speaking of gimmicks that have been completely fudged up that brings me on to this guy.]

14. Carmelo Hayes: NXT build him as with or without Trick Williams [preferably with Williams as a double act:] as he/they can really take care of business as his HIM gimmick/his/their persona would suggest, he should be somewhere between the mid-card and the main event on the main roster, he can/they can really back it up, but no it looks like Hayes has had all of that superstar building stripped away from him just to seemingly be placed working with The Mix.

15. SAnitY [all:] NXT built them up as must see, on the main roster they were I can't watch.

16. The Hurt Business: their journey was cut short and so much wasted potential, but never mind they are doing absolutely fine in AEW as The Hurt Syndicate, they could just do with a missing piece of the jigsaw to make them complete again Cedric Alexander.

17. Ricochet: I have seen a grain of salt of his work in NXT due to online clips, but he was never given a decent opportunity on the main rosters, but don't worry he is doing absolutely fine just getting into the swing over at AEW.

18. Swerve Strickland: likewise I didn't see any of his run at the WWE, but as we can clearly see he is a massive deal over at AEW.

19. Mustafa Ali: I think we can all agree anyone that can make themselves look like/sound like a real deal within a gimmick that was doomed from the outset in RETRIBUTION deserves to be seen as a real big deal.

20. Cesaro/Claudio Castagnol: this the worst kept secret in modern times of the WWE, that he could have really been a main eventer and to compound that fact, he got to show it taking on Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2021 for the WWE Universal Championship.

21. Pete Dunne: NXT UK/NXT build him as on his own merits a very hard wrestler and not forgetting anyone that can throw down with Walter should be on the main roster going for Championships [speaking of people that can throw down with Walter/King Walter swiftly brings me onto this guy.]

22. Chad Gable: basically it is like watching history repeat itself with Cesaro, where Gable has proved himself as a Babyface or Heel he should be up around to begin with the high of the mid-card/in the conversation of the main event from time to time as I think most people would agree it should have been him to end Walter's legendary WWE Intercontinental Championship run and not Sami Zayn at WWE WrestleMania 40/2024: Night 1.

23. Shinsuke Nakamura: stop me if you have heard this before; but yet again NXT build him up as one of the best wrestlers in the world at that point in history, but on the main roster he has been condemned to mid-card mediocrity and even right now with the WWE United States Championship he hasn't done anything with it, I mean and this is generally true a couple of days ago I had to remind myself that he actually had this championship, so he has a gimmick evolution and he gets given this championship and yet you have him do nothing with it; so this is absolutely pointless.

24. Ethan Page: I mean NXT have essentially said to AEW hold my beer, you think you did terrible with him, wait until you see what we do with him, yes he has won the NXT Championship, but the old expression goes what have you done for me lately. I mean over in AEW we all know he was very talented, unfortunately he just wasn't given much time on-screen/match time to do anything, basically the NXT have done marginally worse than AEW, because they gave him the championship for 86 days and began to show his true talent, but didn't give him another time with the NXT Championship: in my honest opinion I think this was NX T flying the middle finger at AEW for putting a championship on him..

25. Motor City Machine Guns: I don't know about anyone else, they are a modern day legendary tag team and to see them not be treated as such is firstly massively disappointing pointing and secondly for them to only have their first-ever  WWE Tag Team Championships run last only 42 days is just so fudgin' wrong, wrong and fudgin' wrong and just to finish off this shower of manure they lose them on an episode of WWE SmackDown Friday 06/12/ 2024 to #DIY [Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano.]

There are two choices: the first is every promotion fumbles someone at some point, so you know it happens, you can still have banter with other promotions; man I miss the camaraderie between broadly speaking the WWF, the WCW and ECW fan base; if you wanted to see this style of wrestling you would head to such and such or for a more clean cut example if you wanted to see the best and I mean this nicely for the best mixture of different nationalities you would probably head towards the WCW World Cruiserweight Championship/Division.

Or the second choice; is to continue sticking your head up the posterior of those that are heavily toxic against any other promotion minus the WWE and can't really see the hypocritical nature of what they are saying; meaning the WWF/WWE doesn't exactly have the best track record so you know look behind you before criticising someone else's backyard and yes I am fully aware that the AEW fan base do it as well, but I get the feeling that the AEW community do it out of retaliation, which I am not condoning. But I can see why; for 5 years plus now we have the vast majority of that time been seen as the bad guys or you know not doing right or whatever, as I keep saying how long has the WWF/WWE been around absolutely decades compared to AEW on their way to 1 decade, but then again if you choose remain up the posterior of those supporting the WWE in whatever they do at least you can tell us which ones had eaten nuts the night before.
