Intro: Art; it is art of the most high quality as broadly speaking each main character gets their own moment with the colour system.

The weather for New York City indicates a strong possibility of a Black Sky: Storyline, Action and Character [Character developments;] Reid sends The Black Sky to capture Rand/Iron Fist; which after putting some foot to posterior taking care of some characters in one way or another she returns with one Rand/Iron Fist.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; things are moving at a good pace and this episode does its part to keep everything going and simmering nicely.

Where were we?: Storyline and Action; things have escalated since we were last at The Royal Dragon Chinese Restaurant: this is high octane action.

One of the five "fingers": Character [Character developments] and Performer; Alexandra Reid: she is one of the five "fingers" of the Hand, she is also their leader. Performed by Sigourney Weaver; which she does a fantastic job as she is of a certain stage of her career these days and because she has a certain stage presence with her career experiences, she makes this role her very own as it is fluently natural do believe that Alexandra/Weaver could be the head of a major organisation such as the Hand.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; I would recommend to any performer that when in this case Netflix/Marvel or Marvel come calling at minimum you seriously consider their offer, because it may open you up to a younger target audience and if or when DC get things up and running in their own universe or whatever universes providing they actually do it right this time, I would recommend this also.

Warning: this TV program is suitable for 15 and up, there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/drugs/animal cruelty/hit by vehicle/stabbing

Let's talk about this over the Chinese takeaway: Storyline and Character [Character developments;] basically we have Rand/Iron Fist, Lucas/Cage, Jessica Jones and Attorney Murdoch/Daredevil eating Chinese food discussing the Hand inside The Royal Dragon Chinese Restaurant.

Incoming vehicle: Action and Comedy; later on Jones re-enters this takeaway restaurant in a nice subtle manner of after setting off this vehicle to crash through this restaurant's large front window to hit The Black Sky she comes through the gaping hole unscathed; even though this sequence is very serious; it has a little bit of comedy to it as well as I have already referenced it was nice subtle and I’m not sure it was loud enough.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; it established everything as the battle line has been drawn.

Rise of The Black Sky: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Action and Art; the Hand finally have their hands on the vessel of Elektra Natchios/Elektra, but they are going to breathe new life into as their ultimate weapon; The Black Sky. As you would come to expect from the Netflix/Marvel Universe these action sequences of training, be it from an action perspective or/and an artistic perspective are absolutely right on the button and very pleasing and gentle on the eyes; they do it for flawless job of repackaging this character. I should point out that repackaging is a wrestling terminology; it basically means to give a wrestler a complete new gimmick or just a refresh or sometimes they just scrap elements of the old character, basically keep what works and it is an opportunity to get rid of what doesn't; it depends what is needed at that time really.

This episode receives: 9/10, this episode is excellent; it moves things on, ready for the next episode to pick it up and carry on.

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 by AverageMansReviews

Rhea Ripley, one half of the WWE Women's Tags Team Champions Bianca Belair, Naomi, Damage CTRL's: Iyo Sky & Bayley vs. WWE World Women's Champion The Judgment Day's: Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez, Queen Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton & Candice LeRae; Women's WarGames Match: my pick is Rhea Ripley, one half of the WWE Women's Tags Team Champions Bianca Belair, Naomi, Damage CTRL's: Iyo Sky & Bayley. In a nutshell I think everyone would agree that any team with Ripley on it is going to win and also this could a significant step towards Ripley vs. Morgan the rematch for the WWE World Women's Championship probably at WrestleMania 41 where it could easily turn into a triple threat match including Stratton when she cashes in her Women's Money In The Bank contract to be added into this match or more than likely she will do this after this match to become the new WWE World Women's Champion; yes unfortunately at the expense of Ripley, but this will slingshot Stratton and consequently set a feud between the three of them; Morgan [with Rodriguez,] Ripley and Stratton

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Champ LA Knight; Singles Match for the WWE United States Championship: my pick is LA Knight. I should point out, if he does this will be by the skin of his teeth, in the rematch Nakamura is your new champion down the line.

Sheamus vs. Imperium's: Ludwig Kaiser vs. Champ Bron Breakker; Triple Threat Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship: my pick is Bron Breakker. Simply put it will be a an excellent match, but Kaiser is here to take the pin, so the other two can have a one-on-one encounter down the line.

Damian Priest vs. Champ Imperium's: King Walter; Singles Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: my pick is King Walter. I don't see him losing any time soon which then opens up a question where does Priest go from here?

The Original Bloodline's: Roman Reigns, The Usos': Jey & Jimmy Uso, Sami Zayn & CM Punk [with Paul Heyman] vs. The New Bloodline's: Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Bronson Reed; Men's WarGames Match: my pick is The New Bloodline's: Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Bronson Reed. I think they would prefer to put over the younger talent and also have Dwayne Johnson come out after the match has finished as the younger talent continue the beat down and he just shows up to indicate this garbage is not continuing, I am not picking sides, but I am telling you this is going to stop right here and right now. It would be amusing if Reed got in the face of Johnson and because of that he experiences a Rock Bottom with the rest of the younger generation backing up out of respect with obviously Michael Cole closing this event with what does this mean for either Bloodline? With Johnson heading up the ramp.

Iron Fist vs. Hard Hoody of a Man: Storyline, Action, Art and Character [Character developments;] Rand/Iron Fist and Wing are doing some investigating at this location, but things quickly change and a little time later; Rand/Iron Fist is going one-on-one with this large individual; and yet everything he is attempting to do has no effect on him; so Rand/Iron Fist call on the Rand/Iron Fist like Little Mac [from the videogame Punch-Out!! First released in 1984;] when he uses his special punch called "STAR Punch", which illustrates this sequence of events perfectly, because we have this slow motion sequence where the Iron Fist captures this individual right on the side of the face and then sends this person flying; which is precisely what happens in this videogame if you hit your opponent with it and it finds its target. But don't worry about this individual because even though he does go flying and takes I would feel comfortable suggesting by the count of 5 using a 10 count in boxing he is up again, but then again this is Lucas/Cage for you so what to expect.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; we have a little of a lot of things happening as we are just still very much getting things rolling.

Give chase: Action, Art, Character [Character development] and Storyline; Rand/Iron Fist does combat with this mystery attacker; this combat is hard-hitting and beautifully captured; to capture the swift nature of the highly skilled combat. Before this individual dies he tells us and another character; for the Iron Fist to go home and/or the flight is not here it is in New York City, so that is where we are heading.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; it is a solid episode opening to this series.

4 things about this episode

Warning: this TV program is only suitable for 18-year-olds and up; there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/shooting/impaling/cutting/bashing in/medical/references to cancer

Let's talk about the elephant in the room: Storyline, Performances Character [Character developments;] Rand/Iron Fist and Wing are both wanted by the FBI for crimes they did not commit. Now the problem with this first season, I mean it isn't a problem, it is one of those things where it clearly is consequently speaking a problem; now the uncomfortable truth is every notable female performer in this first season, I don't know about the second season because I haven't watched it ever or/and yet. But for here and now because the performances are of a supremely higher standard which in turn reflects on their character versions as more rounded versions of who they are; regardless of who they actually are; it creates a void between their male counterparts; by comparison to what the ladies bring to the table and just for the record; if you have known long enough; you should know I am not woke not in the slightest, but I do say it as it is; the women just did the heavy lifting and smashed it out the park, that is why this episode gets given the market does, because in one way or another without giving too much away they are all in this episode.

This episode receives: 10/10, this episode is top-notch entertainment; as I was just saying without giving too much away again the women are the backbone of this first season and probably the second one as well, but as I have already said basically I had never seen it. This TV program also has some awards accredited to it 2 Nominees which include Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films, USA 2018

5 things about this episode

Warning: this TV program is only suitable for 18-year-olds and up; there is flashing effects/colourful effects/other effects/drugs/shooting/stabbing/cutting/medical/reference to cancer.

It is a trap: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Art and Action; Rand/Iron Fist is being led out in handcuffs by basically The Hand, but unknown to them they are being led right into a trap by Rand/Iron Fist. Now at some point there is a brief split-screen; can I just say what was the point of this? Meaning it only happens once and it does feel like someone accidentally sat on the wrong button and this shouldn't have happened in the first place, that is how it is presentation looks and feels like and just having seen it again to make sure it was there; based on my opinion I am correct in my assessment; it is just weird.. Obviously the action is high octane and flung chaos.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; after everything is said and done this episode finds itself in this bracket of my marking system, sets things up nicely for the final episode of this first season.

The WWE Network to shutdown 01/01/2025 & A little announcement by AverageMansReview

The WWE Network to shutdown 01/01/2025 & A little announcement by AverageMansReview

Just a quick announcement to cover my back: this is just for any eventuality; I saw on social media yesterday basically in my opinion an inevitable announcement from the WWE regarding the WWE Network as of 01/01/2025 it will be shutting down. Which as I have already referenced I was under the impression that this was inevitable anyway based on Netflix paying $5 billion for the rights, you don't drop that kind of money without certain guarantees being put in place.

But as it relates to me, I will be joining this subscription service as soon as I can sit down for more than five minutes coming I know I was meant to sit down and do it on 01/10/2024, but content creating and life in general has a habit of getting in the way. I did very briefly actually to be honest until I saw where it had something to the effect of this is some historic content or something to that effect will be going over to Netflix, now this word "some" got me thinking so based on the wording I will be trying to still cover all content such as any WCW or other, this is why I haven't touched it for some months, because I don't know what the future holds, they probably will have some content on there, it is just a didn't want to start anything new just to run out of time, because I like variety in creating content, in one way or another I would love to keep it going, but I just don't know what content will be available on  Netflix come 2025. I should finish by saying this content; is not in any way shape or form meant to scaremonger any individual, I will continue creating wrestling content, but I just needed to cover my back for any/all eventualities.

Who is Davos?: Character [Character developments,] Storyline and Comedy; this individual has come from K'un-Lun to take Rand/Iron Fist home so he can be the guardian of K'un-Lun, but whilst Davos is on Earth he gets introduced to pizza which needless to say he is not impressed.

Wing makes a quick escape: Action; she fights a couple of her old students; for a limited sequence of events; this is good action.

This episode receives: 5/10, this episode is mixed; I mean yes as you can clearly see there are some good bits and pieces, but on the whole it does begin to feel like this season has very much hit the wall and potentially struggling to get over the finishing line.

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Full Gear 2024 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Full Gear 2024 by AverageMansReviews

Warning speculation: at one point I will be heavily speculating a possible return, but I don't know or I am not up to date with their recovery schedule.

The Bang Bang Gang's: Jay White vs. "Hangman" Adam Page; Singles Match: my pick is Jay White. In a nutshell for me it is about time for Jay White to be in the main event picture again.

MJF vs. The Undisputed Kingdom's: Roderick Strong; Singles Match: my pick is MJF. I fully expect the other members of this faction/stable to get involved, but they should use the match outlay of from out of nowhere MJF picks up the W.

The Hurt Syndicate's: Bobby Lashley [with MVP] vs. Swerve Strickland [with Prince Nana;] Singles Match: my pick is Bobby Lashley with assistance from the newest member of this faction/group Prince Nana, I see this feud firstly Swerve being swerved by Nana and then Strickland spending a little bit of time trying to get his hands on Nana; yes a storyline outlay that the WWF/WWE used to run out back in days gone past.

Kris Statlander [with Stokesley Hathaway] vs. Champ Mercedes Moné; Singles Match for the AEW Women's TBS Championship: my pick is Mercedes Moné. I just don't see her losing here especially, maybe in the first quarter of 2025.

Daniel Garcia vs. Champ The Elite's: Jack Perry; Singles Match for the AEW TNT Championship: my pick is Daniel Garcia. Based on may be time for championship drop here, this is the only one I can really see being switched and let's be honest Garcia is very deserving of a AEW TNT Championship run.

Will Ospreay vs. The Don Callis Family's: Kyle Fletcher [with Don Callis;] Singles Match: my pick is Kyle Fletcher. It is one of those situations where on all counts be it storyline progression or credibility building or anything else really, it would be so much more beneficial if Fletcher won here and not getting it wouldn't really harm Osprey in the grand scheme of things.

The Outrunners': Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd [with Erica Leigh] vs. House of Black's: Kings of the Black Throne's: Malakai Black & Brody King vs. The Acclaimed's: Anthony Bowens & Max Caster vs. Champs Private Party's: Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen; Four-Way Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: my pick is Private Party's: Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen. This is a credibility as champions exercise thing going on here.

Ricochet vs. The Don Callis Family's: Konosuke Takeshita [with Don Callis;] Singles Match for the AEW International Championship: my pick isKonosuke Takeshita. Hopefully I really want The Don Callis Family to have a big 2025, because of what I have seen about them they could be heading towards doing something big in like I have already indicated next year: I really hope that Tony Khan doesn't waste this potential.

Orange Cassidy vs. Champ Jon Moxley [with Marina Shafir;] Singles Match for the AEW World Championship: my pick is Jon Moxley. This main event is about two things; 1 putting on one hell of a main event which both of these wrestlers can do and 2 storyline progression, so maybe I am speculating here someone will show up to push back on Moxley, I am leaning heavily towards someone returning am not a debut, because that would fit much better in with the storyline, someone that has been with this company since the beginning and doesn't like what is slowly transpiring that kind of narrative, this would possibly only leave one person; Kenny Omega, but and I do stress as I have already indicated I am not up to date with his recovery schedule.

Not everyone is as they first seem: Storyline, Art, Character [Character developments] and Action; Rand/Iron Fist and Wing have woken up in a secure location, which this location is of peace and learning, but as we all know first appearances can be misleading as Rand/Iron Fist will find out in due course as he with another character escape this location; this massive action sequences is a colossal asset to this episode; it is most definitely quick paced action and excitement.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; I wasn't joking about the previous praise, it really did need this sequence of events to liven things up a lot, I mean don't get me wrong in its entirety there is lots going on but not much in the way of enthusiasm.

After a very successful mission, comes with some great cost: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Art and Action; the trio return to the US with a package, but Colleen Wing has been poisoned, which is represented by these black veins, but even when she is not on top form she still has more than enough life/skills to assist to take care of these invaders; full on action sequence.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; I can appreciate that this section/situation is taking place in one location, sometimes it is just about having the most simplest of ideas to put across what you want to put across.

Trio in China: Character [Character developments,] Storyline, Action and Art; after we had this thing all basically; you are not going without me and you are not going without me we have this trio heading over to China to basically rescue mission and other. Where at one point we have Rand/Iron Fist vs. this servant to The Hand; this action sequence is of the most highest of standards as it looks and feels very fluently natural; as from an artistic perspective adversarial is using drunken fist style of kung fu.

This episode receives: 10/10, this episode is top-notch entertainment; I have decided to award this episode another mark, based on its complete package and what it can offer viewers which is a short film in one episode.

Interrupting The Hand business: Character [Character developments,] Storyline and Action; Harold Meachum; which as you should know by now is meant to be dead, but he made a deal with basically The Hand to give him life again. But back in current times Rand/Iron Fist accidentally walks in on this meeting; where consequently things instantaneously escalate to stabby or a very close cut finish.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; as in its entirety it finds itself comfortably in this bracket of my marking system.

Deal accepted: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Action and Art; Rand/Iron Fist goes to the turf of this individual from the Marvel Universe/Netflix; the deal of this combat; if you win yes you can have this individual, if you lose basically you can stay out of our business. So let's just talk about the first battle for an example; Rand/Iron Fist takes on these two individuals in this ring of blood whomever steps outside of it loses and yes as you have surely come to expect/accept by now this action sequence is hard-hitting and from an artistic perspective; some people may find the ring of blood a bit much but each stage has their own unique twist

This episode receives: 9/10, this episode is excellent; I do like the basic Streets of Rage video game concept and execution of that concept.

Awkward: Character [Character developments,] Storyline, Comedy and Action; we need an old face from around the Marvel Universe/Netflix, but Rand/Iron Fist needs to ask another character to back him up on a mission; it transpires that he has brought takeaway to ask this individual, which turns out to be all three of them having some food together. Later on this reconnaissance/action sequence of events is hard-hitting and good stuff.

This episode receives: 7/10, this episode is good; I mean let's be positive it keeps the positive momentum going and things are progressing nicely.

Later on Rand/Iron Fist takes on these hench-people as they tried to kidnap his other character, but what they didn't count on is Rand/Iron Fist being there as at some point we have this chaotic yet smartly elegant sequence in this elevator with this red lighting.

This episode receives: 8/10, this episode is excellent; things just seem to be enthusiastically rolling on to the next episode and keeping up a very high standard whilst doing it.

I better get an attorney: Storyline, Action, Art and Character [Character developments;] some hench-people are looking for Rand/Iron Fist, but all they get is their posterior handed to them by this character and this is a very smooth and natural impactful action sequence. Rand/Iron Fist discusses things with a character from the Marvel Universal/Netflix that will help him for nothing, well I think that as long as they are on permanent retainer that is a part of the deal.

This episode receives: 8/10, there is so much happening in one way or another that I had to be very selective on what I put in this content and as you can tell it very much keeps up with positive momentum of episodes.

Now obviously security escort him for the second time or should I say try and escort him out of the building for the second time; as you will see in this episode he can handle himself without trying to hurt the security guards and later on we have the backdrop of this sequence of events; the Dragon Boat Festival; it is a very colourful experience.

Lucas/Cage vs. Stryker/Damondback: Storyline, Action, Character [Character developments] and Action; basically our story continues with these two family members are squaring off against one another; where fists flying, they are talking about each other's family and because we have this crowd in attendances; we have this man I am going to paraphrase; in short he basically says to Lucas/Cage; he has just brought up your family member kick his posterior.
