8 years later: the film begins 8 years earlier, but I was thinking I would begin 8 years later. After serving his prison sentence Will Montgomery [Nicolas Cage:] just a good old-fashioned bank robber, that doesn't want to kill anyone on his jobs, but nowadays just wants to go straight and rebuild a relationship with his daughter Alison Montgomery [Sami Gayle:] which on the day of her father's release from prison she is on her way to see her therapist for abandonment issues. Now the crew that he pulled his job with one Riley Simms [Malin Ã…kerman:] is grateful that you didn't mention their names and content working in a police bar, it reminds to keep on the straight and narrow. Whilst the other two are either not doing so well in Donald Hoyt [M. C. Gainey:] a criminal there will always be in a mindset of a criminal and then we have Vincent Kinsey/Jimmy Morgan [Josh Lucas:] that drives a taxi under the name Jimmy Morgan, has also lost his leg due to this heist, but don't worry he has a replacement one in place, he is now also mentally disturbed. Then we have FBI Agent Tim Harland [Danny Huston] and Agent Fletcher [Mark Valley:] a pair of FBI Agents that are serious about their job, but also on a couple of occasions the comedy relief as they are trying to catch Will Montgomery in the middle of a criminal act, but things don't always go according to plan or/and separately Agent Fletcher in a nutshell says thanks to Will for visiting the FBI building as Will is being escorted out by Agent Fletcher, there are other little comedy bits, but these two FBI Agents are desperately like the other two criminals but for different reasons trying to find out where Will Montgomery hid the $100 million from that bank job 8 years ago and I should just point out is two criminals just want their share.

The frame work and/or the pacing of this 96 minute film is fundamentally sound and it knows what it is doing and sticks to the plan at a good pace.

Action/Art: Will Montgomery and Vincent Kinsey breaking into this vault; this is where the art comes into it Will users this specialised equipment to look down into the locking mechanism of this vault so he can unlock it and generally speaking the action sequences throughout this film; they have a good variety from guns, vehicles and robberies. 8 years later it is Mardi Gras so now and again we get to run through this festival this good.

The character developments and performances: they are all good; reliably good character types with likewise good performances.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; this is one of those titles that you can get a takeaway out and be entertained by.
