A brick out of the wall: Storyline, Character [Character developments,] Comedy and
Action; all these components combined in one way or another. Kat has been
working this design for the Humanitarian Housing Project in downtown Angel
Grove and she is looking for volunteers to help her cleanup this plot of land
where they house on it so the other Power Rangers and other people agree to
help her. Now unfortunately Rita Repulsa is watching this throw her telescope
from her and Lord Zedd's Castle on the moon, to be a little bit specific from
the throne and I am paraphrasing here highly disappointed on how Kat has turned
out as she discusses this with her brother Rito Revolto and from out of nowhere
standing in the background with his Lord Zedd next to him; Goldar says
"Hey can they build a house for Rito? Then he could finally move
out." With Goldar and his Lord chuckling with Rita saying Very funny"
[amongst other things.]
Rito gets sent down to Angel Grove
with Baboo and Squatt to watch this restoration operation, it is only later on
a unit of Tenga Warriors, join Rito to destroy this area with of course Angel
Grove Junior Police Patrol Officers Bulk & Skull doing their running away
thing to get L.t Stone leaving Kat to call upon her "Ninja Ranger Powers" to try and
take on these Warriors and Rito, but she quickly decides to contact Zordon to
get the other Power Rangers come and help her out.
This episode receives: 6/10, this episode is good; it is a solidly good episode
mixed in with a social problem of the homeless
