Bart Simpson: Do the Bartman 1990 by AverageMansReviews
Review Time
Warning:
there is flashing effects/colourful effects/skeleton
Music video; for Bart Simpson: Do the Bartman by The Simpsons, but a little bit more
specifically Bart Simpson [voice by/sung/rap by Nancy Cartwright.]
We
meet The Simpsons; Homer [voiced by Dan Castellaneta,] Marge [Julie Kavner,]
Lisa [Yeardley Smith] and Maggie [ voice by unknown] as they are heading in to
Springfield Elementary to this Dance Recital which Bart will be involved in,
with the community of other Springfielder, it starts at 7:30 PM which as usual
Homer is less than enthusiastic to attend as at the very beginning of this
video, he says something to the effect of so boring, my hearing is absolutely
fine but I cannot hear what he says at the beginning with Marge doing her
disapproving sound effect [funnily enough they say all this without their lips
moving. On the inside we have Bart literally going up the curtain with
excitement with this trick as he says before pulling this trick "Come on
man I can't wait I love an audience."
Now as I have said or made reference to here The
Simpsons & Bad Bunny: Te deseo lo mejor 2021 [alternative name Te Deseo Lo
Mejor] Link https://averagemansreviews2017.blogspot.com/2022/02/the-simpsons-bad-bunny-te-deseo-lo.html the reason why this music track has that
Michael Jackson 1990s feel to it is because he was heavily involved in it for
an example writing the song. So on one hand we have the future legendary The
Simpsons combining with the legendary [musical icon, and yes I am not going to
be referencing his personal life.]
So
combining these two colossal entities you get something like this; which is
instantly recognisable because of The Simpsons incredibly high standards of
animation with everything that comes with that and this funky easy listening,
catchy music thanks to Michael Jackson with his style of dance routines put
into The Simpsons world and some extra characters [ I must stress this is speculation
mixed with observation the characters I am making reference to are the ones
that are standing together/leaning against this advertising board or leaning
against this school sign promoting two nights event or one standing one way and
the other standing the opposite direction they are right at the beginning of
this music video these three characters are mainly Bart's backing dancers there
are additional dancers, but these are the main three. This music video has a
really good fantasy ending, meaning was that reality or fantasy from Bart's
prospective.
This film receives: 10/10, this film is lots of fun; it will stand the test
of time as it is a great piece of the 1990s wrapped up in roughly 6 minutes and
on top of that it has 1 Nominee credited to its name; MTV Video Music Awards
(VMA) 1991; VMA; Best Special Effects in a Video rad Bird (special effects.)
But now sadly I would like to take a few minutes to say RIP to anyone that has
sadly passed on since the beginning of the Simpsons in 1989; you will always be
remembered, because regardless when this animated TV show comes to an end you
and everyone else have most definitely made a popular culture impact of the
likes that would be very difficult for anyone to repeat again especially with
your time length from the late 1980's to present
