Review Time: this film is poor

Fundamental elements: there are words on screen, background music, mental imagery, cultural elements, animal cruelty, no subtitles when another language is being used, time jumps and place jumps.

Movement; there isn't much I can say about it really; it knows what it wants to do and it sticks to that.

Storyline/Back stories: the storyline is something safe and reliable, but it uses a question mark style ending for an ending of what happened next? Or unless it is meant to symbolize in this final scene that there is always evil in this world or to be a little bit more specific around this area she is just going to be the latest face of it. The back stories come to the viewers via dialogue exchanges and mental imagery

Action sequences/Artistic visions: there are weapons being used [here is something for you to look out for; we have this top boss character/performer Adair/Seagal at this indoor target range practicing his shooting sharing dialogue with another character/performer at some point but I have to ask this question why have this target range paper so close to him; now you would be thinking he could do better than this] and combat. Moving on to the artistic visions the viewers get to see from characters/performer's perspective for one example when this coffin is covered over with Earth we get to see from this coffin's/character's/performer's perspective for a moment or for another artistic visions but from a general sense; the viewers see this peaceful landscape of this cabin and its surroundings; now and again these artistic visions are in this project you just have to pay attention.

Blooper/Comedy level: now this blooper is very tiny, but it is also very obvious. We have this character/performer being thrown out of this Nightclub and somewhere around here a glitch happens where this black screen appears with a word in white text. I got a second opinion from someone else, she can confirm that everything I said in this paragraph is true, she pointed out it is backwards as well. So if you watch this film and see this; all I can say is; yes you weren't seeing things there is something here.

Comedy level: there is a scene of comedy where Adair/Seagal gets another character/performer [there are other characters/performers in this scene] he gives this character a mouthful and then shoots these characters/performers and uses an adult language word at the end; this scene just comes off as comical.

Character developments/Performances: the character developments are likewise something safe and reliable, the performances are mostly poor minus one character/performer which I will bring up later, the chemistry/friction is difficult to describe. Because on either side it doesn't feel like it is naturally there for the majority of the time I mean don't get me wrong there are some moments where it is there, but it is later on in the film. But having said that whenever Swilley/Cobbs is on screen he does generate natural chemistry/friction with those on screen.

This film receives: 2/10, yes as I have already said on both counts there are artistic elements in one way or another and Cobbs's performance does positively sticks out like a sore thumb but at the end of the day this film is still poor.
