Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie 1995 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time: this title is good

Fundamental elements: there are words and a number on screen, voice-over element, spiritual elements, slow-motion effects, background music, place jumps and time jumps.

Action sequences/Comedy level: the action sequences have a good variety in them, this is just a rough description; skydiving/sky surfing sequence, combat elements, weapons being used and  Zords [in basic English for those people that are young or old enough not to know anything about the Power Rangers franchise; these Zords are basically giant robots,] which without getting too complicated has a Power Ranger in them/controller's chair which if you combined a generation of these Zords they make a bigger Zord, like the Megazord from generation one of the US TV program and yes I am that old. I know if I don't bring this up some hard-core fans will be irritated by me, from generation one also we have the Dragonzord which can be controlled by this Dragonzord Flute or there is a controller area inside as well and yes this can be combined to make different Zords with every generation new Zords/other things were and are available to the Power Rangers [that is enough of that and I am aware that I have missed one Zord so I am going to mention it now so here we are its name is Titanus, it can be combined with the other Zords to make a different one.

But back to this film generally speaking the comedy level comes from one-liners within the action sequences or something like this; these purple henchmen getting squashed by this object at the end of this action sequence

Artistic visions: the Power Coins sequence [where they are coming towards the audience/out of their individual Morphers in the Morphin sequence was an excellent touch] or there are 3-D effects being used in this title, they are looking a little bit vintage but they are still good.

Character developments/Performances: on both counts I don't have too much to say about these elements, because the majority of this cast up to this point in time have spent years working off one another, so the chemistry is there and it is good, but I have to say that the performances range from mixed to good if I am taking everyone into consideration.

This title receives: 7/10, this is one of those occasions where this title knows what it is and because of that it is somewhat difficult to criticize it, meaning in a nutshell if you want to watch a Power Rangers movie it has everything that you would want in it [but having taken two seconds to think about it, this project could have done with more elements from Bulk and Skull.]
