Sniper 1993 by AverageMansReviews
Review Time: this project is good.
Fundamental elements: there is a word on
screen, cultural elements, voice-over elements, no subtitles when another
language is being used but there are interpreter elements or something to this
effect, mental imagery, slow-motion effects, background music, time jumps and
place jumps.
Action sequences/Comedy level: there are
plenty of weapons being used, including some elements looking down the sight of
a gun [which there is one sequence where these two characters send messages to
one another,] this could be seen as a comedy element, there is one other
element in this title which could also be seen as a comedy element. But these
two elements I am speaking of are delivered and shown in this title to be
serious at their centre.
Character developments/Performances: on both counts these two elements are why this film gets a good mark,
the character developments/performances show one character to be
psychologically programmed to complete their mission by any means, the
psychological programming comes from spending too many years out in the field
or a mixture between that or this way of life in any way shape or form, but on
top of that it is clear to see that he cannot forget things, whilst the other
character is not ready to deal with the psychological or physical or anything
that he may have to deal with or experience or anything other that may come
along throughout this mission.
This film receives: 7/10, generally
speaking this film may indeed focus on this mission in question but at the same
time the mental impact or experiences that these two characters individually
have either previously experienced [before this film to make one character this
way including whatever experiences he has in this project,] or as it relates to
the other character experiences he has in this title to make him go this way
[that is as much as I can tell you without giving too much away] but these
character developments [let's be fair and the performances] have been given
importance as well.
