Review Time: this film is average, I don't dislike this film but it isn't going to get a positive review from me.

Fundamental core: I know I would usually break down other elements to put alongside these words, but in this case as all of these elements have problems in one way or another I was thinking I would just use these two words to cover mostly everything.

How can I put this nicely it is one of those occasions where I have no idea where to begin really, this film doesn't move comfortably, it just feels really disjointed what with some place jumps with words on screen [the first time there are some words on screen is not a place jump,] mental imagery of a criminal activity that has already happened [or anything like a flashback or flashbacks with a dialogue exchange happening] and the background music does nothing for me.

Cultural elements/Subtitles: there are cultural elements in this project and the subtitles are terrible, the first thing about these subtitles are there are some dialogue exchanges where someone is speaking another language and they are not being used [to make sure of this; I replayed one sequence for an example; if you look in the first sequence of events there is this man in this transport vehicle [it is very big you will not be able to miss it,] but throughout this sequence he speaks another language and sometimes there are no subtitles being used and the second thing is this; the subtitles themselves are annoying [yes I may have reading difficulties,] but it doesn't help when these subtitles are of a white colour and it is very easy for them to clash with anything of a white colour underneath them.

Storyline/Cast: this storyline is poor and that is all I have to say about it, now moving on to the cast there are some dialogue exchanges where they either seem to be hit or miss [where I was thinking or saying to myself  "What is he or she saying?" I even replayed it in some scenes more than once, but I am choosing to take it easy on the cast. Because I think they do okay considering of everything I have said in this review already and on top of that there are some scenes or sequences where this cast begin to click as a unit which will serve them better in other titles in this franchise.

Racing sequences/Action sequences: the racing sequences, I like the sequence where the audience gets to see a lot of the GPS [I think that is what this is in this sequence,] the tunnel sequences and the action sequences are good as well.

This film receives: 47% approval, yes absolutely this film does have its problems, but generally speaking the cast, the racing and the action sequences all try to make this film watchable.
