Unbreakable 2000 by AverageMansReviews
Review Time: this film is excellent
Words and sometimes numbers on screen/Time jumps/
Mental imagery/Fundamental core: now when this film begins there are some words on screen, now in some
scenes there are numbers as it relates to the time jumps, but if my memory is
correct there is one time jump where we get nothing on screen but in the
interest of fairness I think there is a news paper article or articles about
this event in other scenes and there are many dialogue exchanges based on this
event as well, moving on the mental imagery will make sense when it happens.
The fundamental core is slow but on reflection I do believe it has been
designed that way to be slow but always moving with a purpose.
Main four and one recurring: these five
characters have very good to excellent character developments and the
performances are individually or in different parings or different groupings or
anything else, they are just a joy to watch. Because using the fundamental core
which as I have already said has been designed to be slow but always moving
with a purpose, it gives these characters/performers time to develop themselves
or in some cases build or rebuild a connection or connections between one
another without rushing things [if you are wondering where the one recurring
character comes from I am talking about Mrs. Price, don't get me wrong this
character is important, but the audience sees her at different points in this
title.
This film receives: 80% approval, this may be a short
review but this title is excellent viewing.
