Review Time: this episode does have some good elements to it,
but I did find this episode a little bit boring..

Storyline: it is
a little bit boring.
Rock concert: this element to this episode is good and I liked
it.
Action sequences: these scenes or sequences are very
good, because when they are in effect this episode kind of pulls itself
together and stops being mostly boring [putting the rock concert and the action
sequences to one side.]
Ending message: in a nutshell it is this; never ever get any electrical
items wet, because it can short out and you will get electrocuted
This episode receives: 58% approval, don't get me wrong this
episode has some good elements but from an overview perspective this episode is
average to good.
