Review Time: this film is average.

Fundamental core/Cultural elements/
Background music/Subtitles: the fundamental core is a mixed bag really, in a nutshell the action-packed sequences are of a decent speed and they have plenty of things happening in them, but the other scenes are slow and steady [on a side note there are some scenes before and during the opening credits.]

Now there is a cultural element in this project and that is all I can say about it really, moving on the background music is consistently there [you will notice it, because it isn't quiet.] Now I am at least 75% sure at some points throughout this project there are different languages being used so some subtitles would have been nice, just for the record if my percentage of being sure seems a little bit low, it is because these characters are switching from one language to another at a drop of a hat and it is difficult to understand on one hand what has just been said, whilst on the other hand the viewers will be sitting there wondering did you just switch languages on me?

Character developments/Memory recalls: the character developments are boring, I mean the only character that feels like he can offer variety to his character is Steve James as Cpl. Curtis Jackson, with sometimes being serious or funny or entertaining in his action scenes or other elements he uses within his characters personality traits, but putting that to one side for a minute, the audience has to put up with these memory recalls [character developments for the lead character] once again this is boring as well.

Action sequences: the action-packed sequences can be entertaining [for one example the motorbike jumping sequence,] but they can also be seen as tiresome now and again, there are plenty of weapons being used, combat, training sequences and other elements.

This film receives: 52% approval, now taking everything into consideration, if you haven't seen this project it is one of those titles that may entertain you for a while, but having said that I wouldn't expect too much either.
