Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/choking - breaking of the neck -using telekinesis/stabbing in the eye - lightning rod for an electrical attack/shooting in the heads/drugs/vomiting/medical procedures.

Storyline: it is something solid and if they wanted to make a sequel they have left the door ajar and the pacing is generally speaking again solid; you know at worst it is slow or at best it is moving, depending where you are in this project; is depending what you get.

Action/Art: we have Garrett - Telekinesis/Stephen Amell and Connor Reed -Electricity/Robbie Amell [Family Relations Real-Life Cousins,] training Connor Reed gift/ability/power with light bulbs; basic description of Garrett/Stephen Amell is introducing at least what we see one more light bulb into this situation using his Telekinesis and it is Connor Reed's/Robbie Amell to keep them up and a light without them going out or breaking or dropping them; this is very beautiful.

Action individually; there is this house construction and these characters/performers are using their powers to achieve this and we have weapons being used so on.

Art individually; we have these skies at different points during the day or night with clouds and in one scene the Sun rising.

Comedy/Character/Performances: now including the on-screen chemistry these four components go hand-in-hand at one point or another; there are only a very tiny number of comedy elements; Freddie - Super Strength, but is also deaf so in short for one tiny example we have Connor Reed/Robbie Amell thinking and acting like Freddie is signing thumb-up [good,] but in reality Freddie is signing something completely different, but I cannot put it here but what I can tell you is this; the subtitles will tell you.

The characters, performances and on-screen chemistry are something safe and reliable; now I say if not when, but if there is to be a sequel it needs to have both Amell's in it in some capacity and bring them back for a third title back together again consistently on-screen [I know I am getting a little bit ahead of myself here.] But my point here is a this project needs them and any future instalments they have built something here at the moment which is foundation worthy, but give it time to develop over may be one or two future instalments there could be some good substance/in-depth connection here.

This film receives: 6/10, this film is good; after everything is said and done this project finds itself in this section of my marking system and on a quick side note yes both Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell have worked on the live action DC's The Flash 2014 TV program/Arrowverse; Stephen Amell at this point was Oliver Queen/The Arrow and Robbie at this point was either Ronnie Raymond/Firestorm or just Ronnie Reynolds [and when I say at this point I mean the characters they were listed as in these specific episodes and yes I am counting all the crossovers regardless of how big or small the crossover or crossovers are or were, not to be argumentative just to give myself less of a headache, basically nice and simple; I was thinking I would just quickly add this before I receive any comments be it negative or positive or anything.]
