In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Survivor Series 2020 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for WWE Survivor Series 2020 by AverageMansReviews

Just a quick heads up: these matches may be in the wrong order.

Dual Brand Battle Royal: my pick is SmackDown - SmackDown

Men’s Team RAW AJ Styles, Keith Lee, Sheamus, Braun Strowman, & Riddle vs. Men’s Team SmackDown Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, King Corbin, Seth Rollins & Otis 5-on-5 Men’s Survivor Series Elimination Match: my pick is Men’s Team RAW; please build up Keith Lee here like they did in 2019 and begins to use him properly please after this; because as far as I can tell and what I've heard they have really messed him up on the Main Roster so far which as I have been watching this company for a very long time, it doesn't surprise me anymore and it hasn't for such a long time now; but he has IT and should be treated as a big deal, but then again Stroman had IT and we can see how that turned out - RAW win.

Women’s Team RAW [WWE Women's Tag Team Champions [Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler,] Lana, Lacey Evans & Peyton Royce] vs.  Women’s Team SmackDown Bianca Belair, The Riot Squad [Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan,] Bayley & Natalya  5-on-5 Women's Survivor Series Elimination Match: my pick is Women’s Team RAW; just because on Team RAW they have the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Jax & Baszler; they will probably have Baszler go through Team SmackDown something like she did at WWE Elimination Chamber 2020, for me Jax & Baszler shouldn't be a part of this match just based on the grounds that they are holding Universe Championships; meaning shouldn't they be able to go over to SmackDown or in a normal world situation NXT or NXT UK or be coming up with a narrative of Team RAW of SmackDown [based on this year] tempting them to join either side or as the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships are not on the line coming up with a narrative where Jax is RAW whilst  Baszler is SmackDown and putting them back together after, then later on using this material as friction or a way to split them up eventually [I should point out the way these Championships have been used I know they are not Universe Championships as we were led to believe from the beginning which was a fantastic idea they just seem to be strictly property of RAW now; which is so stupid, because there isn't enough tag teams on RAW or just not RAW but anywhere for them to feud with I haven't forgot about the entire; The IIconics situation in short for here and now this was a smart move; Not!] - RAW

The United States Champion Bobby Lashley vs. the Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn: my pick is Sami Zayn; please WWE give Zayn something to do instead of wasting his current Championship run and potential; yes I expect Retribution to get involved and then consequently The Hurt Business, because of that Zayn picks up the win via the distraction, I’m guessing with a variation of a roll-up pin - SmackDown win

The Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day [Kofi Kingston & Xavier Wood] vs. the SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits [Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford:] my pick is The Street Profits; just because of putting over the younger talent and irritate Big E. and continue the thing between him and The Street Profits - SmackDown win.

The Raw Women’s Champion Asuka vs. the SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks: my pick is Sasha Banks; to continue building up Banks, I expect Bayley to get involved but accidentally hit Asuka instead so it protects her with the loss - SmackDown win.

The WWE Champion Drew McIntyre vs. the Universal Champion Roman Reigns [with Paul Heyman:] my pick is Double Count Out or have The Undertaker interrupt the match so we don’t get a clear winner or more importantly a clear loser; this is just lazy booking it just gets Randy Orton closer/maybe past Ric Flair's 16 World Championships, including making him a transitional Champion, including I expect the RAW TV ratings to go up this week and more importantly the WWE have really well and truly back themselves into a corner here. I mean as it was Orton could easily have taken a hit with the loss nice and easy job done. Before I receive complaints or backlash yes any other time or situation McIntyre vs. Reigns [with or without Heyman] would be an excellent match just not here and now.

They can't have anyone lose here Roman Reigns is just too hot right now and Drew McIntyre is the new WWE Champion, I mean to protect McIntyre with the lost [not being pinned] they could have a Last Man Standing Match or A First Blood Match or something like this [I know these stipulations are usually used as feud enders,] but I am just trying to protect McIntyre with the loss, in hindsight I should have seen something like this coming just based on the grounds of McIntyre appearing on SmackDown [Friday 13/11/2020] and not Orton. I can't take credit for what I'm about to say next because I was reminded of this fact on social media, but the worst outcome would be The Miz cashing in his Money In The Banks Contract on McIntyre or Reigns here or anytime soon.

Because it will make McIntyre a transitional Champion which gets a big NO from me and The Miz is nowhere near Reigns' league I mean even before or after he Reigns' Heel turn The Miz needs building up as a credible threat; the more I'm thinking about it the more I am thinking they are going to have The Miz cash it in here aren't they? If I had to guess I would say McIntyre, but I can make a case for them to do it on Reigns as well; to use the narrative of Reigns being absolutely furious and just running through John Morrison to get to the new Universal Champion The Miz and absolutely destroying him to recapture the Universal Championship.

I have just had this really annoying idea that they will have Sheamus turn Heel on McIntyre here and give Reigns the W. here, now I am not against any of this potential in the future like I have just said with McIntyre vs. Reigns [with or without Heyman] and WWE Survivor Series 2021, Sheamus vs. McIntyre to have a Scottish vs. Irish feud, but just not here and now. I would have been absolutely fine if McIntyre was still on his previous WWE Championship run and losing here, you know; have them have a 25 minute match and leave everything out there This wouldn't have harmed McIntyre, I mean if it was done correctly McIntyre and Reigns  could have both looked  strong after this and build up to a rematch next year, but not on his newest WWE Championship run, it is just too early to have him lose; I am really not looking forward to seeing what happens here or the aftermath, because it is either going to be deeply unsatisfying or a complete mess to fix up after, this is one of those occasions where we keep saying it "The WWE really needs to at minimum to medium long-term booking" yes I would have said long-term booking, but they are incapable of doing this so let's pick something which is more achievable.

Or I mean if the WWE want to do something outside of the box and to make everybody happy; they could come up with a narrative for the Survivor Series that it looks like The Miz is in the ring with a briefcase with John Morrison.

Suddenly everything goes dark, here comes The Undertaker down to the ring/into the ring The Miz and Morrison look at him and then look at one another with their body language and facial expressions saying "We think this belongs to you." With that they hand over the briefcase and runaway to fight another day, with that the lights come back up and The Undertaker forcefully pushes the briefcase into the referee’s chest "with the Referee with body language and facial expressions "Okay I get the message ring the bell." With that he chokeslam Reigns and gives him The Last Ride [Reigns rolls out of the ring with assistance from Paul Heyman] and then turns his attention to McIntyre he delivers "Old-School" followed by a chokeslam followed by Hell's Gate, but before McIntyre can submit McIntyre gets out of it and lays The Undertaker out, he sits up and they have a little back-and-forth, the Undertaker performs snake eyes and he sets up for delivering The Tombstone Piledriver with his signature pin to become the new WWE Champion, the lights go to The Undertaker's familiar lighten The Undertakers music plays; these Druids come out two lines one each side of the ramp and around the ring; they are individually holding these massive torches of flames surrounding three quarters of the ring so there is an exit with this one Druid [I would like this to be Michelle McCool - The Undertaker/Mark Calaway's  real-life wife, I just think it would be a sweet touch to have his wife there on his last ride] coming in to the ring to hand something to The Undertaker something in a black bag; The Undertaker kneel and slowly pulls out this item, it is this very old yet very familiar urn he puts it on the mat situated next to the WWE Championship; does his one kneel pose and the Druid eventually gives the signal for them to leave with that The Undertaker does one more thing and makes a bright beam come out of the top of this urn and leaves it with the WWE Championship beside it and with that this Druid and The Undertaker take a slow walk to the top of the ramp [aside one another] and they give The Undertaker one arm/fist salute with that instantaneously pay a Paul Bearer and The Undertaker appears on the Titan Tron or whatever screen they are using today and with that The Undertaker and this Druid slowly walks away.

Yes it has just come to me that this may not be physically doable based on this global pandemic, but they need to come up with something safe and grand for The Undertaker's Farewell [it has just come to me they could turn the crowd into virtual Druids with virtual flames torches with having a sea of Druids.]

I should quickly point out yes I am aware; I have made McIntyre a transitional Champion, but this is one of those rare very rare occasions where it would be a privilege, because his name would be synonymous with The Undertaker's legacy so it really wouldn't harm him in fact it would show how much the WWE see in him to give him this spot.

So on the following night's RAW there is chaos, because no one knows who the WWE Champion is as it seems like The Undertaker relinquished this Championship last night; so Mr. McMahon comes out to make an announcement in the final segment of the show, but before he is able to say anything the lights go out and there is this familiar bong with lighten he is interrupted by The Undertaker via this feed, with The Undertaker sitting on his throne giving this monologue about taking souls; so he decrees that there will be a tournament of souls he has taken to find a new WWE Champion. So Orton, McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, AJ Styles, Big Show and in theory and not the same personas Bray Wyatt, before I receive any backlash for this; do you want him to be in this tournament or not? So work with me here and [in theory you could include these names Edge, Goldberg, Triple H. and HBK Shawn Michaels.]

Obviously Mr. McMahon is not happy about being interrupted so he attempts to give The Undertaker a mouthful, but the Undertaker with his mystical powers cuts off his microphone and sends down a thunderbolt to hit the ring, with that Mr. McMahon says Okay, okay we will make it happen." With that the undertaker says "It is now time for me to Rest In Peace." with that he does his eye flickering thing and bow his head with his hat on and with that The Undertaker's symbol comes on the screen and is legendary music hits with the ending credits of RAW coming up [yes I have tried to include all of The Undertaker's signature elements with finishers over these two nights;] Thank you Undertaker for the many memories [I mean this respectfully if this is genuinely your retirement this time around.]

But moving on now; SmackDown wins on the night: to continue the narrative that since SmackDown has gone to Fox [04/10/2019] they are the flagship show of the WWE Universe.
