Suicide Squad 2016 by AverageMansReviews
Review Time: well all you need
to know about this film would be this; Deadshot, Harley Quinn, The Joker and
that would be it.
Background music/Profiles: these elements are annoying, the
background music is borderline continuous, it is loud, off-putting and
incredibly distracting. The profiles elements come across as cheap and really
tacky [let's just say I'm not a fan of how these profiles have been laid out on
screen, I find the profiles are actually very difficult to take seriously [now
if they had used something like a computer to show off these profiles whilst we
had two characters talking about these criminals in the background at the same
time they could have had the information being shown on screen,] I would consider
that to be something I could have taken seriously.
Special effects/Action sequences: the special
effects are too much and absolutely nothing special, the same can be said for
the action-packed sequences, they are nothing special in fact they are long
winded, uninspiring and very stiff, nothing exactly feels free-flowing.
Character developments: now if your name isn't Deadshot or
Harley Quinn or The Joker, you will not be getting much air-time in this film
title. Now in the interest of fairness, everyone in the squad gets a little
air-time [now I have been fair I can continue making my point,] every character
in this project not just speaking of the squad now, every single character gets
pushed back, whilst Deadshot and Harley Quinn [get pushed to the front,] not
forgetting consistent influences or input from The Joker, I mean even the main
evildoer has been given a consistent role in this project and that is about it.
Deadshot, Harley Quinn and The Joker: these
three characters are in my opinion the only reason that someone should watch
this project, you see not only from an individual perspective have these
characters been given in-depth personalities, firstly we have Deadshot with
leadership qualities to lead this squad with a good back story and sometimes
using his dialogue exchanges to be serious or funny with a mature tone.
Harley Quinn and
The Joker, have been given time and space throughout this film title to express
their mentally unstable personalities/mental processes which can change within
a seconds notice. On a side note this project also consistently takes a look at
the chemistry/relationship between these two iconic characters how beautifully
intense it can be or on the other hand completely insane with no boundaries to
their levels of love or destructive chaos.
This film receives: 30%
approval, generally speaking I
actually found this film very difficult to watch, because of some of the
reasons I have put in this review, they should have come out with something a
little bit more on the scale of groundbreaking, instead of this visual or
hearing [background music] messy project.
