Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/drugs/vehicle crash/bodily functions/dismemberment/stabbing/impaling/cutting/self harm/attempted suicide if my memory is correct so obviously this could be wrong/reference to racism and I will be using adult censored language at one point as well.

Let's just get this over with shall we?: Briefly this project focuses on a portion of Robbie Williams musical artist career and not actor I know they have different names one is Robbie and the other is Robin, but just in case you get confused I have clarified it for you, but I digress [Robert/Robbie Williams provides voice for narrator position and vocals/whilst Younger Robbie: Carter J. Murphy and Adam Tucker provides voice or/and additional song vocals and finally Jonno Davies provides voice and motion caption:] yes for those that haven't heard or don't know Williams has always seen himself as an animal in this case a monkey so that is what he is in this film and no I am not joking.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 135 minutes film is good; it has lots to cover and just get on with it.

Art and action; the musical tracks sometimes combined with a musical dance routine these are for me a consistent highlight to this film and should be given high praise. Now this is where I should give you a friendly heads up; this is now the end of the most of the positive and kind words and have to say about this film, so if you want to stop here I will see you again soon in other content. But if you choose to continue I am going to be professional, but hardly pleasant; certainly have been warned.

I didn't want to see this film, but there wasn't anything else suitable for the person that watches some these films with me that they wanted to see and just for the record she didn't want to see this film either, but it was the only option at the time.

We really didn't want to see it based on the fact of this ridiculous and stupid concept of this monkey, you know it really does undermine the vast majority of this film and the combat with these monkeys being from an artistic perspective or an action perspective or both: the sequence is good [and yes I do understand the symbolism which is the best of the character developments by miles.]

Script, character developments and voice performances; I have to be honest this script and consequently character developments doesn't make Williams look to good, I do understand that it is a biography so it is what it is. But as Williams is providing narration you would think now and again you would say is hindsight I would like to apologise for that, but the nearest we get to some kind of apology is when he highlights that one of his partners back in the day had a terrible taste in men and later on we get these token apologies, but nothing like; I missed that vitally important moment in my life and that is probably my biggest regret not being there for this person which has always been my biggest supporter. You know this movie/the floor was his to speak and for himself to point out his own failings so he could show a maturer side, but all we got was me, me, me, me, me and with his bravado as well, be it Williams the person or Williams the entertainer, you know in hindsight as I am a cynical old goat maybe this project was to be put out to either garner some kind of sympathy or empathy for Williams, but for me and the person I watch some of this content with we both agree; it is not a good look for him as it makes him look as if he was the only one that mattered and I know aware you started out when he was 15, but for me that is no excuse and I will discuss that again later and for the voice performances they are good.

This film receives: 2/10, this film is poor; yes I am the person I watch some of this content with may not have wanted to watch this film in the first place, but having seen it, I can now tell you it is by in large one of the worst biographer film titles I have ever seen and including the fact that the person I went with to see this film had to remind me that I had to quickly be quiet; because what I was saying was a bit loud at the ending credits and whilst I'm on the subject there is some photographs in this section; but I digress as I was saying quite loudly "That was worst biography film I have seen." Actually the more we got closer to the end, it just irritated me, because as I have already referenced it was 15 years old when he got his break with Take That and you know what when I was 16 years old I had to take one some heavy responsibilities and to this very day at the age of almost 42 years old [when this content was first created] I am still taking on responsibilities and as the film will show, Williams wanted to be famous and fortune, so he got what he wanted you just didn't want to pay the price that came with that fame, I actually regret seeing this film, this is one of those occasions where you can’t unlearn what you have learned, I mean I knew Williams was reckless from time to time, but didn’t know it was a bit of a posterior and just in case you think I am being harsh; the figures for this film don't lie this film has a budget of $110 million and currently it is standing at $19 million taken at the box office, so I may not be a maths genius, but we are looking at anywhere or less of an $81 million loss. Somehow this film title has some awards accredited to its name such as 40 Nominees which include but not limited to Academy Awards, USA 2025 Oscars Best Achievement in Visual Effects Luke Millar David Clayton Keith Herft Peter Stubbs and Golden Globes, USA 2025 Golden Globe Best Original Song, Motion Picture Robbie Williams Freddy Wexler Sacha Skarbek For "Forbidden Road"

Average Extra of: First Impression of Russell Brand Charged for Sexual Criminal Activities 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Average Extra of: First Impression of Russell Brand Charged for Sexual Criminal Activities 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Real Talking Time:

Heavy Warning: I will be making reference to alleged sexual criminal activities and using censored adult language references.

Well this has been a long time coming: Russell Brand as of Friday 04/04/2025 has been charged with all kinds of sexual criminal activities; such as rape, indecent assault, oral rape and sexual assault.

Now for those younger generations; this individual has had these allegations circling for years, which he has always denied. But and this is just my opinion; he has always had an cognitive answer for these situations; in this case cognitive means while well thought out; paraphrasing here; in essence he freely admits that he always had consensual sex, when he was younger he used to be a drug, sex addict I was a fool [I took this from his message on social media: where he talked about in no particular order the UK Government, his family and finding God.]

The problems I have with Brand is he has always been under the impression that he was and is the smartest person in the room, consequently it gives him this almost gives him this false sense of invincibility and this sense of he is better than everyone else, so it is distinctly possible that he could have used for an example is cognitive understanding and abilities to engage in these acts of sexual activity as he has already indicated he was under the influence of some kind of substance so as he has brought back to the table; as far as I'm concerned if I was a lawyer I would be looking at constructing a narrative where there was substance is involved so how would you know if these sexual activities were consensual or not? I'm going to be honest with you a few years ago; I was thinking there was a possibility he had actually grown up, but I was so heavily wrong. Because I went to look on his YouTube channel [just put in Russell Brand and it should come up with Stay Free Russell Brand in the top left of his content if you watch them:] Brand just speaks garbage even more so, but I don't care if he has changed his life around or whatever, unless there is a medical or/and mental reason why he shouldn't face the music to these charges and let's be honest as you can see from the top or near to the top of this content these charges are many and they are not exactly small misdemeanours.

I am absolutely delighted that he is now going to face his responsibilities, for those that have been following me long enough; yes I am against anyone that makes false allegations, but I have always indicated for those that are genuine regardless of gender, I will always be professional and not discredit these people that come forward, so if I make this crystal clear yet I hope these ladies can go and get some well-deserved fudgin' justice

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Dynasty 2025 by AverageMansReviews

In-depth Predictions/Other elements for AEW Dynasty 2025 by AverageMansReviews

The Don Callis Family's: Kyle Fletcher [with Don Callis] vs. Mark Briscoe: Men's Owen Hart Cup Tournament Quarterfinal Match: my pick is Kyle Fletcher. It would be nice to see him get into the later stages of the tournament as a sign of his progression; I will discuss this more later on in this content.

Hounds Of Hell's: Julia Hart vs. the AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné;Women's Owen Hart Cup Tournament Quarterfinal Match: my pick is Mercedes Moné. Now I have said this I can now be honest and say I really want Hart to go through as to continue being honest I don't see much value in Mercedes Moné potentially winning this tournament, I would greatly prefer a shock defeat to set this year's tournament alight on the woman's side of things anyway, but back in reality right now I can't see it happening sadly.

Will Ospreay vs. Kevin Knight; Men's Owen Hart Cup Tournament Quarterfinal Match: my pick is Will Osprey. Because I haven't seen the brackets, I'm going to speculate that at some point down the line they are going to want to do Fletcher vs. Osprey again, so we have this to look forward to; even though I have only seen little bits and pieces, they obviously have tremendous chemistry and obviously wrestling abilities; actually I have now seen the brackets it is distinctly possible they will probably do this match for the final of this tournament this year and yes you can take that as my prediction for the tournament.

The Learning Tree's: Big Bill & Bryan Keith vs. Champs The Hurt Syndicate's: Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin [with MVP;] Tag Team Match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: my pick isThe Hurt Syndicate's: Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin [with MVP.] This is one of the rare occasions where either outcome is acceptable, but whatever happens please keep the momentum of the division going, as I have seen online and I will eventually see on my TV [I am catching up with things] that this division has a more recent times caught fire again, so whatever happens let's just keep things going shall we. Likewise online I have seen there have been issues with the champions lately, so it just depends if they are going to do a championship switch here or at the next TV special event or pay-per-view, I think they may just get through this pay-per-view, but not so lucky next time when these championship are on the line.

The Undisputed Kingdom's: Adam Cole vs. Champ Daniel Garcia; Singles Match for the AEW TNT Championship [this match has no time limit and no outside interference is permitted:] my pick is Adam Cole. I fully expect something fishy to go down; even though someone debuting or returning to make an impact somehow, yes I understand the stipulations of this match/match slot, but I have also been around wrestling long enough to know that because it says no interference is permitted, that could just mean someone that you would expect to get involved can't and it leaves the gateway for someone to possibly get involved when we don't know their allegiances to yet.

Bandido [Mask] vs. The Learning 's: Champ Chris Jericho [Championship;] Mask vs. Championship for the ROH World Championship: my pick is Chris Jericho. So they may put a championship on all members of this stable known as The Learning Tree, but it just depends if they want to do it now or later on down the line and they will probably recruit Bandido and give him a new heel persona as a new member of this stable.

Rated FTR's: Cope, FTR's: Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood vs. Champs Death Riders; Claudio Castagnoli, Pac & Wheeler Yuta; Trios Match for the AEW World Trios Championship: my pick is Death Riders: Claudio Castagnoli, Pac & Wheeler Yuta. Simply put this match slot should be hard-hitting and lots of fun, but I just can't see these champions losing here.

Ricochet vs. Mike Bailey vs. Champ Kenny Omega: Three-way Match for the AEW International Championship: my pick is Kenny Omega. Like the previous match slot I just can't see the champion losing here, obviously this match is going to be highly entertaining, but it should be more about the case of establishing what Ricochet and/or  Bailey against more established talent and in Ricochet's case to continue that momentum going from Swerve Strickland to now equally Omega.

Megan Bayne vs. Champ Toni Storm [with Luther;] Singles Match for the AEW Women's World Championship: my pick is Toni Storm. Hopefully the match outlay should be of; Storm just about getting the W and lucky to be leaving this event with her championship, so it gives them something to build upon in the future.

Swerve Strickland [with Prince Nana] vs. Champ Death Riders: Jon Moxley [with Marina Shafir;] Singles Match for the AEW World Championship: my pick is Jon Moxley. Obviously this match/match slot is going to be an absolute banger, but ultimately it is about the storyline coming out of this event, so I should imagine "Hangman" Adam Page comes out to stop the beat down of Strickland after this match, but he fails. Now they could even though debut/return someone here or as I have already indicated earlier on in the night or to be fair both, but whatever the case may be am expecting someone to step up to the plate for Moxley's next challenge that kind of old but incredibly reliable wrestling cliffhanger angle.

Warning: there will be censored adult language reference.

This booking decision is again bull-manure: so would someone like to explain to me why the NXT hierarchy built up Shaun Spears to have him have his own stable; The Culling: alongside: Brooks Jensen, Niko Vance and Izzi Dame and coinciding with Spears capturing his first-ever major championship [yes he has won other accolades elsewhere, but the key word is major;] as the NXT North American Championship/Champion then for 27 days later for him to lose his championship to Ricky Saint, I mean it isn't like Spears has been working towards having a major championship around his waist for decades? Oh yes he has, which in turn begins to take away some credibility of The Culling as a stable so in essence they have just fed this entire building up process to Saint which is fudgin' stupid, I mean what we have the previous decision of what happened to the women's equivalent of the NXT North American Championship, I feel completely comfortable just asking this question: Are we sure that Mr. McMahon is not booking NXT? Because both of these situations are fudgin' stupid and also fudgin' shortsighted as it relates to their booking.

I mean why didn't they have the sight to have Saint vs. Ethan Page vs. Champ Spears a Triple Threat Match for this Championship at NXT Stand & Deliverer 2025; that way hopefully Spears would look more positive even in defeat.

Now moving on to yet again what happened in the closing stages of this TV program: I am getting fed up to my back teeth of the WWE/NXT, being able to say and do whatever they like without some kind of comeback: so we have the crowd yet again chanting as we went off the air, as I have already shown you likewise the WWE/NXT in some way or another have fumbled talent as well.

But everyone knows that; that this is not the purpose of this chant, which their audience is very clearly revelling in this chant, as if their manure doesn't smell, I will tell you one thing, it is clear to me that the WWE/NXT probably took all of these decisions and did them out of spite as to indicate; look AEW we have just took two of your previous talents and made them champions.

I don't know what is happening with NXT lately for so much more often than not they have been a standout brand, but this past week including slightly longer for the stable known as Darkstate: briefly I have seen a little bit of them online and man they are absolutely manure! If you haven't seen for a quick description they are a mixture of The Shield [if The Shield were a bad idea and on top of that there rejects] and RETRIBUTION [minus the only good part which was Mustafa Ali as they are leading.] I do really hope that this is just a bump in the road for N XT as a whole as a product, because I do like it, but as you can see/read some of it is questionable indeed right now

Wasted: Stephanie Vaquer NXT Women's North American Championship First Reign 2025 by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Wasted: Stephanie Vaquer NXT Women's North American Championship First Reign 2025 by AverageMansReviews - Spoiler Alarm!

Warning: there will be censored adult language reference.

This booking decision is bull-manure: what I find highly infuriating is that if AEW did this; the vast majority of the wrestling community would be all over them like a rash and yes I am not gaslighting anyone, but just saying it as it is. But yet again because the WWE/NXT do it; it is accepted. But my question is if you are going to back yourself into a corner and then why have Stephanie Vaquer vs. Giulia for both women's singles championships [NXT North American and NXT Championship,] on top of that why this colossal match up with the stipulations on essentially a glorified TV special such as NXT Roadblock [11/03/2025,] I don't care if it was at The Theater at Madison Square Garden, on reflection this was just a cheap way to get posteriors on seats and people watching, because everyone knows this calibre of match should only really have taken place at NXT Stand & Deliverer 2025 [19/04/2025.]

But on top of that it devalues the NXT Women's North American Championship as Vaquer has relinquished it and I have just realised if AEW were also doing another tournament, they would also get criticised for that as well.

But then again we have known it for years that it is seemingly fine for the WWE or/and anything under the WWE umbrella to do whatever they want whenever they want, but as soon as AEW do anything they like, it is pitchfork time from the wrestling community. I can't stress this enough and quite frankly it urinates me off this booking decision is fudgin' terrible; it is lazy and inexcusable, because what they are saying is; we have gotten ourselves into a situation and let's just go with the narrative that requires the most cheapest of explanations; as her reign was only for 44 days, I mean what was the fudgin' point of that championship reign! If you aren't going to do something special to end it then as I have already said what was the fudgin' point! Let's be honest with one another, you chose thisnarrative so that it keeps Vaquer strong without suffering a loss of some description

I mean how easy would it be to set up a mini feud just to end a few days before Stand & Deliverer where we escalate things to the point where; let's say Fallon Henley confronts Vaquer with the concept of if you beat me, I will never ask for a North American Championship match again as long as you're a champion, but if I win; you will never get a rematch for the North American Championship as long as a member of Fatal Influence is champion; which means if Henley loses it at some point as long as one of the other members are champion Jacy Jayne or Jazmyn Nyx this stipulation/restriction applies for one year: so the NXT be for the Premium Live Event we just have Vaquer doing double duty until then but limit her ring time in her matches: so in theory we are expecting/not expecting her to wrestle twice at this event, but all that will happen is Henley will take the spot as champion on this card as the new NXT North American Champion, so in essence both championships feel prestigious and respected at the same time.

But then again; as long as the WWE/NXT Universe keep clapping like a bunch of seals, that is all what matters is in it?

Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy 2025 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there is flashing effects/colourful effects/drugs/medical/references to the environment

Last Chapter: briefly; Bridget Jones [Renée Zellweger:] is now a mummy of two children and life of the more recent times has been really hard, but luckily she still has her group of friends and one Daniel Cleaver [Hugh Grant:] he hasn't changed much, but something tells me he is going to have to sooner rather than later.

Generally speaking: the script, framework and pacing of this 124 minutes film is; well; I'm not going to lie this film does hit the Bridget Jones cliché's for while [on every single aspect, I just can't list all of those at the top; but all I can do is reassure you there is a lot more to this film than one first impressions; so things to get much, much better, you just have to stick with it really.]

Comedy and art; obviously we now some sexual stuff such as Jones purchasing, well I am just going to go with a lots of sexual based things from a chemist whilst her children's teacher appears behind her Mr. Scott Wallaker [Chiwetel Ejiofor:] he is as I have already said it teacher; of science working at Christ Church Primary School, he is a good man, but somewhat strict with his whistle, he definitely overhears their shopping list as the pharmacist puts these things through the till and later on she has mishap with some dodgy stuff; so she goes to see the children's paediatrician Dr. Rawlings [Emma Thompson:] as you may have guessed she is a paediatrician so this is slightly out of her realm of expertise as she tells Jones, but we have Jones/Zellweger speaking to the Dock about things currently the Dock can understand Jones, but we the viewers get subtitles.

Now without giving too much away Jones and her two children; Billy Jones-Darcy and Mabel Jones-Darcy [Casper Knopf and Mila Jankovic:] two good kids that are going with their mother to send off some balloons; this scene is excellently structured and depicted and later on there is an excellent solo singing number [ in this case there would be a much like saying without giving too much away; but I can say excellently performed nonetheless.]

Character developments and performances; well it finally happened Jones at some point in this film comes-of-age and even Cleaver does a bit as well. Broadly speaking all of the new or/and returning characters either gel as in slot right in with the returning characters/performers or for those returning at heart they are still the same but got older and their good performances of all of the cast; reflect that they want to leave this instalment/interpretation of this franchise in a good place, unfortunately as of this content being first created it has no awards accredited to it; which is a shame because Zellweger deserves an award for/or something to the equivalent of best lead role as Bridget Jones, I will discuss this more momentarily, but she does an excellent job signing off as Jones.

This film receives: 8/10, this film is excellent; I think after everything is said and done it; it has enough to find itself in this section of my marking system, yes it does take some time to stop doing the standard Jones stuff and yes I am not exactly thrilled by the time jump in the closing stages of this film [in fact in the previous instalment I took a mark off for this.] But the saving grace of this instalment as I have already indicated it is the fact; that Jones comes-of-age in this film; which I have to confess is a very strange concept considering she is in her 50's now and this film explores maturely as we progress forward into this film, so in a nutshell the coming-of-age aspect does so much of the heavy lifting and don't get me wrong she can still be quirky and everything else, but she also has to be in the present times as well, hence why this film finds itself in this bracket of my marking system and there is some extra bits and pieces at the end of this film.

Bridget Jones's Baby 2016 by AverageMansReviews

Bridget Jones's Baby 2016 by AverageMansReviews

Review Time

Warning: there are flashing effects/colourful effects/childbirth/bodily functions/references to cancer and miscarriage

So yes we are back here again!: Basically; Bridget Jones [Renée Zellweger:] she is now a producer of Hard News and at the age of 34th birthday; she is starting a single life again listening to House of Pain "Jump Around" released 1992 as she tells us by narration what has been happening whilst doing comical dancing; I should give you a friendly heads up the comical moments of this instalment are fleeting at best.

Generally speaking: the framework and pacing of this 123 minutes film is incredibly boring, No after roughly 30 minutes I was pretty much done. The script is basically the same kind of thing of will Jones and Mr Mark Darcy, QC [Colin Firth:] he is now a barrister dealing with a big case and possibly Daddy #2; but I digress will they, won't they get back together again? Answer: I don't care; I will discuss more positively and negatively about the character developments later on, but for now I just don't care and something to the effect of one year later in the closing stages of this film is just garbage, so yes absolutely I took mark off for this.

Character developments, comedy and performances; this instalment from this franchise really does need its new blood like Miranda [Sarah Solemani:] a good friend of Joneses and a TV presenter/anchorwoman of Hard News,  Dr. Rawlings [Emma Thompson:] she is doctor that is dealing with Jones' pregnancy and is asked to keep a lie going; these two women have are also executive producers of this film. Jack Qwant [Patrick Dempsey:] he is the creator and businessman of the dating site Qwantify Love and potentially Daddy #1: but also keeps up a false narrative with  Darcy, QC of being a gay couple: yes these are the only moments in this film I found funny, the rest of it; well it is all the same kind of garbage really and because these characters have aged a lot, so how can I put this nicely hell I may as well just to out and say it for an example Jones is meant to be 34 years old in this film, but in reality Zellweger is roughly 46 years old so and  her mind set doesn't match with her physical outlook and to be honest it isn't just her, it is also Sally Phillips as Sharon "Shazzer": now a mummy to some children, don't get me wrong for about roughly a minute later on they talk about things sensibly, you see I don't mind the characters and subsequently performers acting their own age; so they do a solid and good job, but as you can see Jones/Zellweger is becoming a problem, because their ages be it mentally as character or subsequently again performer don't match or they aren't even close if I was to be brutally honest and going through the same circle even though in her defence a little she acknowledge's Darcy, QC doesn't work, then she shoots itself in the foot by bumbling herself through this really important discussion that these two potential daddies need to know. This seems like an excellent time to bring up; based on this instalment I am greatly concerned about them bringing out another instalment entitled; Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy 2025 [13/02/2025.] I fear that they are just going to come out with the same old material, well at this point why would they break a habit of a lifetime? But if they don't at least acknowledge that times are not the same as before, I am just going to find this film incredibly boring as I did with this one; so please make this the final instalment of this franchise, but they probably won't they have to cover the menopause years; no I'm not being a sexist, I am just simply being sarcastic with the knowledge that with speculation that this could be a route they could take and at least then Jones and Zellweger would be collectively in the right age range to perform that role. But then again who knows; this could partly be what the latest film is about anyway, apart from other things as well and won't that be fun; Not!.

This film receives: 1/10, this film is poor; as I have made it abundantly clear I just really did not like this film as it essentially goes over old ground with some elements of new developments and yes there are some ending bits and pieces with photographs in the first section. This film also has some awards to its name such as; 2 Winners [positive and negative awards:] ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards 2017 ASCAP Award Top Box Office Films Craig Armstrong and Alliance of Women Film Journalists 2017 EDA Special Mention Award Hall of Shame Sharon Maguire Renée Zellweger. 6 Nominees which include but not limited to; European Film Awards 2017 Globe de Cristal Best Foreign Film (Meilleur film étranger) Sharon Maguire and National Film Awards, UK 2017 National Film Award Best Actress Renée Zellwege [I should point out altogether there are 3 Nominees from this award ceremony/event] and Evening Standard British Film Awards 2017 Evening Standard British Film Award Best Supporting Actress Sarah Solemani.
