Review Time: this film is good
Warning: there is a element of suicide
Fundamental elements: there are numbers
on screen, voice-over elements, cultural elements, environmental elements,
background music, mental imagery, slow-motion effects, time jumps and place
jumps.
Movement;
once this situation happens this film moves at a fast pace
Storyline/Back stories: this film is good,
the back stories come to the viewers via livestream, news reports, this folder
with false IDs, photos and dialogue exchanges. But unless I have missed
something we never get to find out the story behind this ring [and I even asked
the person I watched this film with and she confirmed it.]
Action sequences/Comedy level: these two
components work hand-in-hand for a good percentage of the time in this film,
for one example we have one half of our lead partnership fighting with this
African-American character/performer with the other half livestreaming it. The
one fighting is heavily outmatched as this African-American character/performer
is well built in fact this lead character/performer in this action sequence
throws this weight and it does hit the African-American character/performer but
it doesn't faze him.
Character developments/Performances: the majority of them on both counts are good and this goes for our
lead partnership individually or together but the chemistry/friction between
Penny/Eckhart and Carter/Meyer is
excellent, because their connection between one another does a lot for this
film everything they do feels natural at that specific point in the film.
This film receives: 7/10, this is one
of those titles that knows what it is and it doesn't claim to be anything else
other than a good action film.
