The Transformers 1984 -- 1987 [Season 3, Volume 2, Disc 8] Episode 81:
Ghost in the Machine by AverageMansReviews
Review Time: this episode is top-notch entertainment
Warning: this episode is not suitable for anyone that you think it is not
suitable for them or children, this episode has themes of anime; inner workings of
a robot, a character's soul which is a robot, so having to explain that to your
child or anyone may be difficult.
Artistic visions/Action sequences: now in one-way or another these two components
offer so much to this episode, be it the inner workings of this Autobot
[Metroplex] or another character [I am not going to talk about this character,
because that would be giving too much away,] but all I can say is; this
individual looks great and it is marvelous to have this individual back in some
capacity, but that is enough on that particular individual.
Action sequences; these are highly entertaining
and bring lots of carnage to proceedings.
Character developments/Comedy level: likewise these two components bring a lot to the
table as well, this alliance between Scourge [which he is an unwilling
participant but Starscream has given him no other choice and on top of that
Scourge gets threatened by the other individual as well,] Starscream and this
other individual. The comedy level is consistently in the dialogue exchanges
and there is this scene where Starscream takes over this character Battlecharger [Runabout] and his final action
in this character is to say is "Nighty-night" and run him [in his
robot mode] into this wall [right next to this door entrance] to knock him out.
This episode receives: 10/10, as I have already said this episode is
top-notch entertainment and this mark is a no-brainer to give to this episode.
